*first time* needing help!!!

Hi guys, This will be my first time using and i have a few questions. I'm a 71" 197lbs male wanting to get cut. Im going to start with using Tren and Test and nolvadex for a PCT.... What Im wanting to know is what is the best amount to use and should it be a ED or EOD? Also iam wondering if there is other stuff i should be taking with Tren and Test, or do i take them afterwards. I have been reading alot but and slightly confused. HOW AND WHAT DO I TAKE DURING AND AFTER THE CYCLE?! Looking for someone to help better educate me on what i should take during and after with these 2.

Ok, here are the answers to your questions.....

25 yrs old, 71", 199lbs, 19% BF... I have been in the gym lifting for some time now, just cant get ripped, I do crossfit and heavy lifting. I run about 3 miles every week. My diest is good, for example, 4 boiled eggs in the morning, 3 hours later a protein shake, tuna for lunch, 3 hours later a protein shake, and dinner depends on what my wife cooks, but mainly meat of some kind.


If tren and test are not good to start with, well what is? also i need to know what else i need to take during my cycle (8wks) with tren and test, or whatever.... also what is the best to take for PCT? Is a ED or EOD better for my first time? what do you guys recomend?
 
TREN IS a NO NO For a first timer, Test Only you got to crawl before you can run.
And from reading your posts you have a lot of studying to do before you even run a cycle, I was On here when i joined for 2 yrs before i even considered taking Gear(Injectables).


You want to get ripped, do morning Cardio on an empty stomach after a 12-14 hr fast.
Drink lots of water, and watch what you eat.You need 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight.

welcome. with 19% bf you need to get in shape before you can get into shape. at 25, you do not need any gear to help with fat loss--just cardio and diet.

ButAs Radar said you need to do more research. I realize asking questions is part of the research process so good on ya!

That being said; Your diet can't be right on if you're @ %19BF unless of course you're looking to bulk :)

3 miles a week? I run 3-5 miles a day! That's not enough cardio on your part if you are looking to loose weight.

I would consider trying a low carb, high protien diet for 6 weeks and see how that makes you feel. DRink a min or 1 gallon of water a day. You'll hate it and it'll get boring as heck, but the water works.
