first time advice needed!

Hallo guys... I'e been thin mos of my life, and im tired of it, i've many times tought of using some kinda gear to get in better size, but i actually don't know anything about this.

Im 20 years old, about 177-180 cm in hight and weight is about 60 kg

I need something i wont get adicted by (thats important)
something which wont let me lose my sexual needs (very important)

I really dont wanna be that big, only something which will make me weight about 75 kg and look in good shape.

one more important thing, i dont wanna lose my hair! like to have long hair

Do you even train? What is your program like? What is your diet like? How many years have you been training dedicated?

5'9" and 132lbs? I think you just need to eat more and lift man. No offense or anything, but 132lbs is pretty small. Start eating more. Unless you have been eating 5,000 calories a day and training hard for 5 plus years, gear is not for you yet man. Just my opinion though.
 
well, i've been training martial arts 3 years, but not weight lifting, i've tried to eat more, but i dont feel to eat alot... i've plans to start with gear after x-mas, so till x'mas im gonen be weight lifting... well man, im very thin, even eating alot wont help me man. I need something which will help me to gain some size bevore next summer... (june /july)
 
How the fuck do you expect to get bigger without lifting weights to add muscle mass??????????

Bro, you think gear is going to help you gain weight without eating? Get ready to waste your money. This shit is not a magic potion that you think it is. You don't juice up, do some karate kicks and all of a sudden you're yolked. It just doesn't work like that. You have to eat while on gear for it to work at all. Do this. Bust your ass in the gym and eat AT LEAST 4500-5000 cals per day for 3 months and come back here and tell everyone you didn't gain any weight. 132lbs? Are you kidding me? EAT DUDE! That is the only way. Stay away from the sauce as it will do nothing for you. Now 3 years from now, if you train hard you would probably get to 180 at least with a proper diet then if you want more you can jump on some gear. This is what I predict, #1 you aren't going to listen to anybody because your mind is already made up #2 Somebody is going to sell you fake gear and you're not going to know the difference. These "sources" see a guy like you coming a mile away. You're an easy target because you're small and ignorant (when it comes to juice). They are not going to worry about ripping you off cuz your freakin' 132lbs! It's alot scarier to sell fake gear to someone that's 250lbs that's for sure.
 
Classic example of how steroids can get a bad name. Someone gets on them that has no idea what they r doing and thinks they are a wonder drug that will magically make you big witout even lifting. No offense bro. I hope that you can gain the weight you want to , but you have to train hard and diet properly. At 132 lbs you should easily be able to put on 25 lbs of nice muscle naturally before you hit your natural limit. Lifet hard and eat heavy. You will grow.
 
Better start weight training hard for at least 2-3 years with good diet before you go jumping into this. Read up on this and ask alot of questions. Its not gonna do any good if you dont have a good base to start with. Don't mean to shoot you down just giving you sound advice.
 
ok all bros, til x-mas, i'll try my best to eat 4500 -5000 cals perday, ill start working out from today guys, see how long i can keep it out.

What the hell can i eat (it should taste good) ?

Well till x'mas im really gonna be workin out and weight liftin, eat as you guys say.

*still remember, i dont wanna be bodybuilder huge, i just want to be in an average size and weight , with some muscle ofcourse...

alTHOUGH I DON'T BELIEVE ITS ACTUALLY PROVEN MEDICALLY, BUT STEROIDS ARE DEFINITELY ADDICTING PERIOD...ONCE YOU SEE RESULTS YOU WANT MORE AND MORE...DONT ABUSE..ITS TOUGH.. BUT THAT'S WHAT WE'RE HERE FOR...HELP
 
yah Capish :( but im goin to do it anyways... you see my friend... till summer, my girl is going to move out with me... that time i need to be in a condition which i can take care of her... i just gota put some fat around me, become some bigger...
 
Ok , from now on, everyday after work ill by food at a store near by my work on my way home, ill try to eat 5000 cal per day. i'll wait for the results till x-mas.

Dude just dumping 5000 cals a day into your body is the foolish way to gain lean muscle mass...If you don't care about what kind of weight you gain than go for it....People who start at the 5000+ cal mark really don't know how to diet properly so they just do what they hear...What the fuck do you think your body can do with 5000 cals a day at your size?? Logically 30-40% of that will go in the shitter!! (I can think of other things to do with the extra money besides waste it on unneccessary food) All you need to do is first calculate your BMR...then determine your body type...also you need to focus on what makes your body grows and how....Once you've determined your BMR add 800-1000 cals to that for about 2 weeks...If you don't see some type of increase in strength or weight (I say only 2 weeks because you can gain pretty rapidly while juicing...If going natural than you need to give it 4 weeks) then add another 300-500 cals. (Judging by your size this should put you some where in the 3200-3800 cal range depending on activity level) Once the gains taper off add another 300 cals....I'm an ectomorph, and managed to put on a total of 27lbs in a year (I wasn't cycling a whole way through...12lbs was from cycling) and only went over 4000 cals once...the time I did, I only stayed that high for 1 week and dropped it back down because I noticed my six pack leaving....I guarantee you that if you just start dumping 5000 cals a day, your bf% will shoot up...I stay at 9% at all times...

You sound just like any other "joe" out there, and they all say, " I dont wanna get big, I just want like 10lbs and look good." KEEP ON DREAMING!
 
true man, im still keepin on dreaming, you dont know how it feel like when thin guy tell me to eat so ill put on some wight, you aint in my position and you probably won't understand either. anyways, after x-mas i will try some kinda stuff to gain weight faster... you guys sound much more professional in this field, so im asking you to give me a help to gain some weight, im not after the perfect body or huge muscle to brief in front of ladies, i had those wemon i wanted to have, and i have the girl i love, so the only thing i need now, is not being thin, and i dont want to be called thin by another skinny guy anymore. help me or not, its up to you guys...
well i've been eating a bit differently today.... i just had my 3. meal, two more left for today. gonna try to have six meals per day.... hope it will help.

truely need all the help i can get....

Your preaching to the choir bro for I've been thin all my life, so I know how you feel. The only difference is that I started lifting at age 16 so I at least had some serious muscle definition. By the age of 23 I weighed about 145lbs at 5'9 4-5% bodyfat...fuck a six pack, I had an eight pack......I didn't care about being big for I loved the way my stomach and arms looked....Everyone called me skinny until I took off my shirt, then the eyes went damn...look at his fucking stomach!!!! Only within the last couple years have I desired to but on some real mass....Now at the age of 32 I stand 5'9 180lbs 9% bf (sometimes I miss the 5% bf ..lol) the key is to eat, lift heavy (without overtraining) and sleep and you will be supprised at how fast you can put on 10-15lbs
