Hi I'm about to start my first cycle running test e and dbol and was looking for any advice or pointers
I'm 6' 1 90kg and around 12%bf
My current plan for my cycle is
Week 1-12 test e 500mg
Week 1-4 dbol 25mg ed
Week 1-12 arimidex 0.25mg eod
For pct
Nolvadex week 15-16 40mg ed
Week 17-18 20mh ed
Any advice or alternations would be greatly appreciated
 
Another quick question, as I'm injecting x2 a week I planned to just rotate between each quad as they will have a 7 day break between being used again. Is this fine or is it better to also use the glute as an injection site?
 
Your legs will tell you that. If you aren't getting tender then go for it. Is there a reason you only want to pin your quads?
 
I don't mind pinning areas it's just that quads seemed the easiest option aha

27 and been training for a total of 4 years first two years was mainly alot of Olympic lifting because of the explosive power benefit to supplement my kicking boxing training for fights but since deciding getting kicked in the head wasn't worth it anymore the last two years have been bodybuilding orientated
 
personally quads are my least faviroute place. delts, glutes, lats, bis and tri i all prefer over quads.
