Test prop 100-150mg eod
Aromasin 12.5mg ed
Proviron 50mg ed
Anavar 40-80mg (maybe last 4 or 5 weeks?)
The aromasin not sure about I don't want to injure my joints or hinder gains but I have mild gyno (fatty tissue, stretched left nippple) from puberty so wanna be on the safe side.
PCT: 4 weeks?
Nolva 40-30-20-10 taper
Aromasin 25mg-12.5mg taper
Lean Xtreme 3 caps a day
Will judge things by how I feel.After a few days I'll add in proviron and then oxandrolone adjusting doses as I go to see how I react to everything.
Gonna be pinning dorsogluteal, delts and attempt ventrogluteal. Using terumo 20g for drawing and 25g 1 1/2" for pinning.
Goal is RECOMP. Continue losing bf while gaining strength and definition.

January I was 186 with over 20%bf.
Diets been keto with alot of empty stomach cardio and moderate weight training. Lean xtreme, caffiene, l-carntine, b100, and ala stack worked wonders. Really helped me shed fat and keep muscle and introduce some definition and hardness. Problem is now I feel small and weak (even though I have made small strength gains).
If I can put on a keepable 10lbs and lose a couple % bf I will be happy.
