those numbers are from the last set of 5x5. Those pics are after 8 months of no training. Been back for 2 months now. Im a bit stronger/bigger than i was in those pics

dude, u r hardly whaqt i would call fat.....in fact, by the somewhat relaxed standards we use here in new orleans (we DO like to eat and drink here!) you would be considered quite a catch.

if you don't over-induldge during the holiday season, you should be able to loose what little excess bodyfat u have quite quickly.

we are about the same height, i know that guys our size can hold more muscle mass than the skinny sticks (like maverick!) and not show it so easily.

everything is in place, u r developing evenly and pleasingly....in a couple of years people will be asking u to not wear a shirt!

eat clean, lift hard, stay healthy.

I love it when you fatties rationalize how being fat is ok because you can hold more muscle mass. Your just fat and out of shape and holding onto excess body fat. Lean people get sick and die just like the rest of us. A person's BMI is hardly the be all or end all indicator of health, there's much more to it than that.

And hey, I'm a bear and I posed for a spread in American Bear magazine, LOL, got quite a little fan following out of it too, hehe. You can be attractive without being waxed-and-plucked and while having some meat on your bones. Frankly, I'm just happy that with working out I can see my navel again without the aid of a mirror, everything else is icing on the cake
