First PCT coming up...does this look right?

I'm in the middle of my first Cycle ever...using M-1-T @10mg ED. I'm on day 10 right now...planning on running it 21 days. So far I'm up about 4lbs..started @ 150.5, now at 154.5. Strength is great, definitely noticible increases, muscle hardness is there, only side so far is a few pimples on my back. sex drive is actually the same and sometimes higher as pre cycle. I've been eating slightly above maintenence mostly in the form of protein, ~280g/day.

i'm looking for your thoughts on what i have come up with as PCT. i want to use clen 2 on/2 off because of it's anti catabolic properties as well as it's fat burning properties for any excess fat i gained during the cycle. I'm not sure on the doses though. I've seen posts where guys were using 20-40 mcg but as I understand it the doses should be a little higher for the fat burning effect.

PCT starts 2/8
days 1-7 nolva 40mg ED
clen ? mcg ED ? EOD ?

days 8-14 nolva 20mg ED
clen ? mcg ED ? EOD ?

days 15-21 nolva 10mg ED
clen...none (week 1 off)

days 22-28 nolva 10mg ED
clen...none (week 2 off)

days 29-35 clen ? mcg ED ? EOD ?

days 36-42 clen ? mcg ED ? EOD ?

The ways this runs, it will have me using clen the week I'm in miami beach for the WMC (3/6-3/10)...hopefully this will combat any potential muscle loss due to out of the gym time and perhaps not as many clean cals that week. does this all sound right to you guys.

If you do a search, you'll find a ton of info on clen. I think it's only anti-catabolic in cows at 10x the human tolerated dose. Dose, as with most drugs, is an individual thing. I started at 20 and went up from there. I can tolerate 50mcg in tha am and 50 mcg in the early afternoon. Don't take it all at once.

Clomid, IMO is the most favored PCT ancillary, along with HCG if you can get it.

I think you need to up the dose to 20mg ed and double your cals. 5'8" and 154 is not that huge. You can do a lot of growing without gear. But if you're gonna use, use enough to make a difference.
 
If your using that stuff, you still havent done your first cycle bro :) use real gear !
 
believe me guys, i know that i'm not all that big, but i'm anxious for gains just like everyone else. i know that i could probably grow more naturally as well..but i thought this out for a while and it seemed like the most logical decision based on my desires at the time. i also wanted them to be lean gains so i really wouldn't have to go thru hell to diet off fat like i did when i was a fatass (keto worked great but i was a real dick when i was on it...moods sucked). as far as real gear goes... i wanted to get a few PH cycles under my belt before i jumped ship to the dark side. ;) i knew posting here about PH's was gonna catch some shit but if help was anywhere to be found i figured this was my best bet.

i have found a bunch of stuff on clen...even read big andy's FAQ but i just wasn't sure if i should dose the clen in the same manner i would if i was using it as a fat burner...in other words i wasn't sure if dosing as an anti-catabolic was the same as dosing as a thermogenic..make sense?

Hey embrace, my stats are identical to urs when I started my cycle but am 23 though. I am very hard gainer, could eat and eat and yet put no mass on....where others have a snack and put on 4lbs....wtf....this used to piss me off. I put on more lbs in my 1st cycle than I have done in the last 7 years.....so u would know how I feel right now :)

When you say the dark side...well bro trust me its the bright side and one day you would realise that ur self. Fuck the PH and go with the real stuff.
