First ever PiP

So like a typical fucking retard I was running late for roll call so I rushed my pin of 1/2 mil deca 300 and 1 ml sust 250.

Never had pip in my life, feels like a Charlie horse in my delt I'm assuming it was from injecting to fast. Lesson learned do the shot later or be late

Had the same thing happen with sust300. Pinned slower, heated the vial prior to drawing with warm water and prob solved.
