first day of real practice

symptoms of heat exhaustion, dehydration, and now muscle spasms in my legs. I fucking love first days. 3 hours in 85+ degree weather, of those 3 hours 30 were breaks or instructional periods were we werent running.

Im sucking down on gatorade and taking in some protein. tomorow will be an upper day cuz i know my legs wont be good to go till friday.

Good news is I weighed myself today after eating lunch and i was 202 ( this was before practice )7 pounds of fat to go, I feel & look the same size, so no or very minimal muscle loss at all.
 
protein...protein...and more protein. oh did i forget to mention water and/or gatorade too!!LOL. good luck on that, bro it looks like your on your way!! tb
