First d-Bol cycle

I have just started my first d-Bol only cycle. Im small, only about 9 1/2 stone. Just doing 20mg per day for 4-6 weeks as I don't want to over do it. I'm new to this lol. Am just wondering wether I should be taking something else after my cycle to help hold onto my gains?

Also It doesn't sound like you have any PCT in mind?

What you need to do is stop taking dbol NOW!! You have no clue what your doing and you are going to hurt yourself

133 is more than small, what's your height and age.....how long have you been training?

Yes you need to take PCT, if you did any kind of research you would know that...

How would you know whether I have no clue what I'm doing?. How will I hurt myself? What's the worst that could happen? I've trained in Thai boxing for the majority of my life and I'm now looking to bulk up. What's the harm in that? I'm eating properly, drinking plenty and training hard. I just want some advice, not some beef cake know it all telling me what to do...

Man, listen to what dylan has to say, and then do it. You obviously dont know what your doing. You asked for help, he is trying to help you and you call him a know it all...
 
you have no clue what your doing because you dont know about its liver toxicity or any anchillaries to run, you clearly dont know about the affects dbol has on suppressing your t levels and you getting gyno or hair loss etc..and your popping the dbol without even having a pct set up.

I do know about it's liver toxicity, that's why I'm taking milk thistle with it. I do know about gyno that's why I'm keeping an eye in my breast tissue aswell. Ppl just assume you know fuck all. Yeh i dont know alot. Thats why im asking...I asked for advice not for someone to tell me to stop. Cuz I'm not gonna, so bear that in mind when you give advice. Would you rather I just took all sorts of shit without asking for advice? No i don't know about pct's, that's why I asked the original question. I read bare shit and it's all mixed and biased that's why I asked this question so I could get my own answers...
 
^^^ first off calm down, we don't act like that on EF.

the reason dylan told you to stop was the longer you take it the deeper you will get. and you should get all your pct and ancillaries on hand before you run it anyway.

also with your stats you could of easily put on 20 pounds just smelling the iron at the gym, much less even lifting. what do you think is gonna happen when you stop your dbol? thats right gains will dissapear very quickly. so might as well take a deep breathe and wait to run this and build a base and do things the right way .. you came here for advice and that is the best advice you will get

with dbol you need an AI with it.

you also should run it 4 weeks only the first time, leave yourself room for another time. once you get to 6 weeks you will need a stronger pct and we don't need to go there right now.
 
Cheers stevesmi that's the kind of advice I was after lol not lectures. I've just got some clomid? Lined up for after to help produce natural test? Is that right? Can get nolvadex? If I need it aswell.

Yeh will probs only fun for 4 weeks now. I'm just curious really.
 
What do I need an AI for? Won't I be alright without? Shouldn't I see how my body reacts to it first or do you recommend using an AI anyway? What AI would you recommend?

^^^ why do you think you don't need an AI?

dbol aromatizes into estrogen. so unless you want to look like a bloated fish and go into pct with sky high estrogen then yes you need an AI. not sure who told you that you didn't need it? it sure wasn't anyone on this site
 
For an AI ...usually ... Aromasin. Do a search on this site so you can see what the recommended dosages are ... I could spoonfeed you, but I would really prefer you do the research. That way you have put in the work and you would also know more about what you are going to use, what it does to your body and why you need it.
 
Steve and Essie are 100% dead on. It's your body bro, know what your putting into it. Lifting working out diet ect is all about being healthy and in shape... Meaning, know what your putting into your body, what it does, why it's doing that, pros and cons, how to PROPERLY combat those cons and gain the most THE FIRST TIME, being ready BEFORE you start something to combat the sides if needed, and read read read and when u think u know it all, dare to ask questions and read some more. Jumping on something because u heard it works or someone told u to do it and not knowing what it is or what it does is not the answer to your problem. That's my .02.
 
If you havn't built a base before starting then expect to wind back up with nothing. You can't build Rome on a base of toothpicks.
 
The reason Dylan knows you haven't done near enough research is firstly the fact that you are staring anabolics with no foundational mass building, secondly you do not have a pct while any research would have told you to have one, and thirdly you did not know what an AI is.

No doubt there are others.

People have been around long enough to see these kinds of questions all the time. At least a few people a week post a question like this and guess what they don't know shit. They just bought some pills from a buddy and started popping them. With a minimal amount of research you could have found the information you want. Don't expect much positive feedback. Gains from Dbol alone with pct are hard to keep much less without pct. Good thing you are "keeping an eye" on your breast tissue. What happens when it starts puffing up? You quit the dbol, still have the gyno, you're test levels are shot, and you have no pct. A month later you've lost it all (except the gyno) plus some because you're test levels are that of an elderly man. People on here are giving you advice when they tell you to stop because you dont know what your doing. Wanna learn the hard way? Go ahead...
 
you are just not getting the point and if you insult me again in any way, you will be infracted... i am trying to give you the best advice i can, just like i do everyone else, to ensure their safety first... you are in no way shape or form in any way ready to start running any sort of cycle... first of all, your are far too undersized to be doing any sort of cycle... your diet is the main thing you need to be focusing on... secondly, you are clueless on how to run a cycle properly and are going to do damage to yourself... you need to focus on your diet first, work on that and your training style and gain naturally... you have so much room to do so and by not doing that you are not going to hold on to any gains made on any cycle... you are not always going to hear what you want to hear but its info for your benefit...
 
If you were 'eating properly' and actually trying to bulk up you could put on a serious amount of size in a matter of months. You keep going with this dbol cycle you will be massive for 4 weeks and small for the rest of your life.
