Meaning, know what your putting into your body, what it does, why it's doing that, pros and cons, how to PROPERLY combat those cons and gain the most THE FIRST TIME, being ready BEFORE you start something to combat the sides if needed, and read read read and when u think u know it all, dare to ask questions and read some more. Jumping on something because u heard it works or someone told u to do it and not knowing what it is or what it does is not the answer to your problem. That's my .02.
