I want to run a cycle buyt im not really sure what would be the best things to us. I want to get biger and shreded. I have heard that sust is good and i have heard some good things about winni. im not a body builder although i do train often. Im a athlet but have stoped playing sports becasue i started college. Im 19 weigh about 185-190. Im about 6' and im not really fat although i have a little belly. I can bench about 315 now and im pritty good at knowing what to do in the gym. I just need a kick and now that im not in sports anymore i dont have to be concerned with getting tested. so what cycles would you guys recomend. I really appreciat it.
