About a year ago I posted this same topic on this forum and realized I should probably go back to the drawing board before starting any AAS...Age 30, 174 LBS, 5'9, I live on what I consider a high protein diet. I have been working out for about 3 years and I am looking to start my first cycle. I have read the post on proper pct and effects of some of the AAS. I know that allot of people on here don't agree with an "all" oral cycle, but I don't want to "embrace the needle".....I recently tried some of the banned IDS pills and noticed a small but significant change. I was wondering if someone could suggest a cycle, and also a good diet. I am looking to "get cut" so I realize something like D-BOL isn't for me. I am not looking for massive gains but something noticeable. My thoughts where a cycle of winny.
