First Cycle

About a year ago I posted this same topic on this forum and realized I should probably go back to the drawing board before starting any AAS...Age 30, 174 LBS, 5'9, I live on what I consider a high protein diet. I have been working out for about 3 years and I am looking to start my first cycle. I have read the post on proper pct and effects of some of the AAS. I know that allot of people on here don't agree with an "all" oral cycle, but I don't want to "embrace the needle".....I recently tried some of the banned IDS pills and noticed a small but significant change. I was wondering if someone could suggest a cycle, and also a good diet. I am looking to "get cut" so I realize something like D-BOL isn't for me. I am not looking for massive gains but something noticeable. My thoughts where a cycle of winny.
 
Here is a daily diet for me......Wake up 8:00am Muscle Milk Protien shake 32G of protien. 9:45am Breakfast 2 Eggs, Bacon and home fries....11:30 lunch tuna steak "in the bag".....12:30pm workout.....1:45pm protien shake......3:30pm protien bar 15grams protien.......6:00pm dinner.......9:00 snack.....

I'll take the diet question, you're not eating enough...You can put on some nice, lean muscle with more protein
 
so how much protein would you suggest I have a day? I thought 1gram per 1lb

My bad, I should have been more specific....I meant more protein from food, you seem to be getting most of your protein from shakes/bars....

Also, as far as the cycle, you'll probably get a lot of opinions, I'm not a big fan of winny only or a cycle without test, but it HAS been done with success...

Can I ask why you're anti-pin?

First reason I am anit-pin is because I don't like needles, also I don't believe I could stick myself. I think that if I could find someone experinced with using it, then I may reconsider. I know the title of my post says first cycle, but I don't think I plan on doing more than one. But I will say I am hooked on the results that I got just from the IDS Tabs "original" so I could only imagine my thoughts after a cycle.

Dude! I hear where you're comming from, my first time with a needle,i sat there looking at that 1&1/2" harpoon(well thats what it looked like) breathing heavly,however after you do it once,it's a piece of cake, Rub the area roughly using a sterile swab with alcohol,after that just poke quickly and you won't even feel it go in.
