First Cycle

Ok peeps! I've been working out hard for 3 years now and have gained 20lbs of quality muscle. I look good at where I am at I just want to add 10 lbs or so of muscle. So after hours and hours of hard research on these lovley forums as well as a million other anabolic review sites here is my conclusion.

One things I want to know is how should I cycle the clomid and novadex?

please read the rules--no lab names

We have no idea how long your going to run this cycle and What MG's you plan on running each compound. Not really clear what you plan on running.
 
be a little more specific bro. also imo nolva and clomid are unnecessary. what you'll need is some aifm, arimidex, aromasin or something like that to control your estrogen while on (pick one) and also some dostinex on hand for prolactin build up if you need it (from the deca). you can save the nolva and clomid for pct if you're going that route.

Yes you have to set it out better , but my thought is
Wks 1 to 10 Sus 500ml
12to 15 nolva 40/40/20

Thats a great first with what you have and save the Decca for a cycle down the road , this way you will know how your body does on test and add 1 more compound next time like var then decca if you wish but you will do well with those two for a few cycles mate .

Diet (ratios stay roughly the same each day):
Breakfast: 75g Oatmeal, 6 Eggs
Snack: Whey Shake 48g protien
Lunch: 2 chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup black beans
Snack: Protien Bar (Myoplex)
Dinner: Steak, Fish, Or Chicken & Veggies (no carbs at night)
Late Snack (if Hungry): Cottage Cheese

Supplements:
Prolabs Creatine
Prolabs Glutamine
Dexatrose / Mix
No-Explode before workouts (getting kind of burnt on this)
Omega -3's
Calcium
Multivitamin


After doing some research I've found that Deca-Durabolin & Sustanon 250 blend seem to have the best results over all minus the side effects and for keeping weight. I understand that others have better qualities for different goals but these seem to be the best well rounded.

So I'm thinking of a cycle of something like this:
Weeks 1-8
250mg Sust
250mg Deca
Weeks 5-8
Nolvadex 30mg a day

Weeks 9-10
Nolvadex 20mg a day

Week 8
Clomid 100md day

Week 9
Clomid 50mg day

Week 10
Clomid 25mg day

Do you guys think I need priveron? HesnoBradPitt why should I opt out of the Deca and only take test? I was under the assumption that the Deca has less side effects than the TEST so it would be better 2 mix the two, plus the deca has some unique properties? No?

Your 28 and only weigh 175? With the diet you posted that just doesnt add up to me. And unless you want you dick to be mr.limp your gonna want to run that test higher than your deca.
 
For a few cycles! Wow I didnt even add up the dosage I was so excited! The only thing I'm concerned with is that I have to store it in a syringe. So what I'm supposed to use the same syringe over and over? Theyve been tellin me in school for years not to use dirty needles. How can I transfer it? Use clean ones? Whats a good process? I'm so excited I'm gonna go nuts in the gym. I'm talkin 5 sets arnold style for 10 weeks BOOYKASHOWE!
 
Your getting it in a syringe? to me that sounds sketchy...
You should NEVER re-use a needle, always use a clean one, and calm down over there bud, its not a magical drug, have patience

only been lifting for 3 years?? lift for at least 5 imo. my boy is 5'10- 5'11 and is like 200 at 10% naturally. you can get there too with correct diet and training.
I'll help you out with first cycle should be test only. maybe with a dbol kicker. 10 lbs can be gained naturally in 2 years.

Hi mate first let me say dont think me or anyone is flaming you this is a great site for you to feel at home and learn about anything you want to find out , you have a plat so thats what you should do .
No you dont need prov but you need a AI to run during your cycle if you get signs of gyno from the test dont run nolva its not for use during a cycle you need a proper AI !!!!its better for you PCT , i like aifm but there is others like adex search and learn about AIs !
I say laeve out the decca because being your first cycle you dont need ot and you need to find out how your body reacts to test first !! as far as gyno and other sides ,because if you use both you wont know with one is giveng you the trouble and this could cause miss diagnosice and serious damage to you .
My first was test only and it was more than i had ever dream of any one will tell you the same thing so test only .
Plz keep asking and read read read mate , the mentors and vets are here to help and you can always ask and anyone reading this remember ask , im always here as well but the mods and mentors are the best around !!!

I know your not and I really appreciate your help. I'm dissecting everyones questions and answers trying to figure out the best solution. Its really hard becuase everyone has different goals and different opinions. To one person 250 sust is a wait of time while others say it worked wonders. Then you hear people saying you dont need to worry about gyno on small cycles but then read of people who got gyno on small cycles.

Its a scarey game. But one I'm willing to play. (I've played much more dangerous games in the past)

I'm excited for these future developments and keep staring at my sources price sheet, changing my shopping cart and planning my grocery list. I jsut got a fat refund from college and I only have to go part time so I'm set for bills for a good 3 months. That means I'll have plenty of time to dedicate myself to science.

Is there a place I can post my stats and work with you guys through the process? I was thinking of getting a full check up with the latest blood pressure etc, and measure my stats each week.

How much is Platinum Membership? This thing rocks!
 
Good deal man. 250 might be enough for a guy your size. guys over 200 will be better off at 500 ew imo.
just choose a right plan and make sure to get pct perfect with the test recovery stack that has been raved about.
Plat memebership is different for different plans/ months etc. $199 for lifetime right now!

You can buy vials and its easy to tranfer into them .

Welcome to the site. You will find tons of solid info here. I would suggest you run 500mg sust for 10 weeks and leave it at that. You need to see how your body reacts before you go adding other chemicals. If you want to go a little further maybe run 50mg of dbol for weeks 1-4 with the test. That is a very nice beginner cycle. Just my opinion, but I think you might need to firm up that diet a little as well. If you are looking to gain 10lbs you need to eat bro!

ok ,I'll comment ,what brad has said is spot on, leave the deca out until you see how you react to test,the Deca's not going anywhere, Have all ancillaries on hand for test.and PCT also.
You can add deca to the test next time ,this way if you have any sides you will know which one is causing it!

Your Calorie intake plays a major factor,also another factor is how Clean your diet is, you need 1 Gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight.
As Far as Gains Impossible to tell as many factors come into play here, Like your Metabolism,some have fast ,others slow,everyone is different,

Well I'm sure you guys have an idea.. say if i did not eat healthy i would gain 5lbs of water weight, if i ate ok i might gain 10 if i was an animal i could gain 15? something like that?
 
I say 3 yrs of training is too early to start your first cycle. You can def. achieve a lot more naturally and I'd recommned you wait until you've reached your genetic potential.

But that would mean I can't jump the gun, see less healthy and developed muscles, or get that quick fix.

Bro please don't talk to the mods like that. If anything, the muscle gained naturally is more 'healthy' than when gained with AS. If your looking for a quick fix, you're looking in the wrong place. We're sorry we have to give it to you like this but we are suppose to help our bros and not to hurt them.

1.5 gram protein for each lb you weight would be ideal. And like everyone else has said AAS isn't miracle apple juice that's going to turn you into incredible hulk or anything. We are all here trying to help but be very aware that this is a drug and like every drug it can be abused or used incorrectly which can cause tremendous health problems. Be patient read some posts and learn a few things. AAS isn't going anywhere there is no rush. Better safe than sorry...

p.s. that "what the hell is wrong with you" comment is out of line... above all to a moderator of this board but nonetheless will not be tolerated by anyone. Again we are here to help, grab some popcorn read up and take your vitamins.
 
I guess I wrote the post wrong, as it seems to be misinterpreted. What I meant to say was
"I know your right, I'm being over ambitious, I know that my jumping the gun I'm missing out on higher quality (and more healthly) muscles and that I'm just looking for a quick fix. But that I like the excitement of taking risk"

This has been kind of hard to swallow so far. It was so blantantly obvious he was kidding......is it really like that here?
