First Cycle

Thats exactly what I ran for my first & almost exact same pct I ran. I was 40 at the time, 6' 3" 235lbs bf 13%. I gained 15lbs, my 1 rep max on bench went from 335 naturally to 370 in 10 weeks. In hindsight I feel doing 250mg per week would have been better for my first run but it was an awesome experience at 500mg per wk. 1 month post cycle I was still benching 360. You'll love it! They say you'll never have another cycle like your first one so enjoy it bro.

So I am guessing if I went to 250mg of test for the first cycle that would be enough?

yer stick with test e brother and 250mg a week is perfect as long as your diet and training is in check
 
Ok so it sounds pretty clear that Test for 10-12 weeks is a good starting point. I plan on working out 4 days a week and cardio 3-4 days depending on work schedule. I also plan to lift heavy, any suggestions
 
workout 4-5 days a week when on, cardio 2-3 days a week if looking to put size on. and eat eat eat
 
eat alot! It'll take about 5 wks for it to kick in good (test e) although I saw it in 4 wks on my first cycle. lift heavy but don't sacrifice good form!!! You're gonna feel like a damn bear in the gym, get ready for a ride bro! Thats about all I can add.
