Thats exactly what I ran for my first & almost exact same pct I ran. I was 40 at the time, 6' 3" 235lbs bf 13%. I gained 15lbs, my 1 rep max on bench went from 335 naturally to 370 in 10 weeks. In hindsight I feel doing 250mg per week would have been better for my first run but it was an awesome experience at 500mg per wk. 1 month post cycle I was still benching 360. You'll love it! They say you'll never have another cycle like your first one so enjoy it bro.
