I am 36, 250lbs, 16%BF and have been working out for a few years and I am looking to get to the next level. After searching for a few months and talking back and borth with a few from this site, I think I came up with a good first cycle. Please give me your input:
Week 1 -12 (500mg a week of Test)
Wk 13->15 150mg a day clomid (150mg)
Wk 16->17 50mg a day clomid (50mg)
With Nolvadex (40mg) on hand during the cycle if needed if the boys start to shrink
