First cycle

I am on my second week of test e 600mg, deca 400mg a week and 45mg of winny a day (Half in morning and half before I work-out). I just started taking 2 blue hearts of dbol and day and I have went from 180 to 195 in 2 weeks. I can tell most of it is water weight although I can definetly see muscle gains.
I also just started taking Novadex daily. Do I need to slow down at the end of my 12 week cycle? I have read some posts that say they start out slow, then peak, then reduce the amounts of steroids they are taking towards the end of their cycles. Any advise?
 
Ditto to what mustang said,

You may want to do the d-bol first and when done start your winny.

With deca and Test you want to take the nolvadex all 12 weeks,

I would invest in some AIFM spray for anti-e also.



It is a nice cycle, winny, d-bol, test, deca, you will see some great gains.
 
4 steroids on a first cycle is a no no......just test the first time.
 
In case you're thinking of running the winny and dbol for the 12 weeks, don't.

Most would recommend stopping your orals after 4 weeks. On a first cycle, many would recommend stopping them today.
 
whooaaa.... that's over a gram of AAS on a first cycle including some orals. your starting weight is 180, you don't need that much of gear!
 
lift hard, juice hard, eat alot, grow huge quick, then blow out a joint and lose it all is my advice.
 
I grew like a weed off of 200-400 mgs a week for years. I don't know why you newbs feel it's necessary to take so much stuff. Right now you're using 4 drugs and have no clue which drugs are causing what. This may not matter much to you now but when you start getting sides you won't be able to pin point which compund is giving you probs. You're also risking serious tendon/joint injuries that could fuck you up really bad in the long run. Anybody that's read this board for 20 mins knows that most newbs should start off on a test only cycle-yet there's always that "one guy" that thinks stacking high dosages of multiple roids is right for their 1st run.

I took Sos 250/Dbol for my 1st cycle-but that was cause it was back before I had the luxury of learning about roids from books and the internet. Back in the day all we had to go by was the advice of other more experienced AS users that may or in most cases, may not have known wtf they were doing. Back then I would've shot my own mother in the face for the kind of 411 available to AS users today-so it's kinda irritating when new guys are constantly trying to reinvent the wheel.

This same attitude often carries over into the gym. Plenty of guys would benefit from following similar routines that other big guys follow-but nooooooooooooo, they're gonna devise their own routine and training principles that supercede the guys that are already where they wanna be. EX: fuck bench presses for size-especially when my max is an embarassing 200 lbs-cable cross overs are the secret for massive pectoral explosive overnight growth me thinks. Eastern Block Countries will soon seek me out to coach all of their olympc athletes with my new hybrid training techniques.
