First Cycle

About to start up my first real cycle. Keeping it simple....500mg TestE EW. 10mg nolva throughout along with l-dex to keep bloat down to a minimal. Clomid and Nolva for PCT. 5'9, 185lbs, 13%bf, 23yrs. Working out for 4 years. Anyone tried a similar cycle for their first cycle? My only worrys is losing a lot of my gains. If bloat is kept down and PCT is ran correctly can I expect to keep a majority of my gains? Thanks.

A test only first cycle is nice because its simple and effective and you'll sure know how you will respond to test, thus in the future you can use test and stack with other AAS for a greater effect.
Although, I wouldn't personally use nolva unless you develop gyno symptoms l-dex is enough. I only use nolva at 20-40mg if I develop gyno symptoms until it goes away.
As long as your PCT is up to scratch, keep training as normal after cycle and eat and keep high protein high then there's no reason why you shouldn't keep the gains, however, bear in mind you don't keep ALL of your gains i.e not 100% as is impossible you'll always lose a little and mostly you lose water after cycle. For instance my first cycle, I gained around 11lbs and after my cycle I kept 6lbs and lost 5lbs most of which is water weight. thats 54% of solid mass I gained from my cycle.

You should keep a log of everything so you know whats going on from start to finish and believe me this helps for future cycles!!

My first cycle ever was 500mg's of Enth. per week along with 6mg's of Winstrol tabs per day. And of course 10mg's of Nolva per day. I blew up from 145lbs to 175!!! When i cam off, I only went down to about 167. Not bad heh? You want some estrogen bro. It will help you get bigger and stronger. If you were to go over on the Test or add another bad ass like D-bol, then i would say add A-dex. But if all you concerend about is getting big and fast, then just use Nolva at 10mg's per day. Just make sure you EAT CLEAN AND RIGHT and train hard and correctly. You'll be fine! I gained 30lbs on my first cycle and I would have to say that VERY little of it was water. I would say 80% of it was LBM!
 
I woudl still suggest adding about 150mg-200mg of Deca per week. You will be amazed at the results... Test + deca is on of those cases where 2 + 2 = 5... they boost eachother's effects.
 
I have been thinking about adding Deca to the cycle, just a little worried about the shutdown that deca can cause and the rise in prolactin levels. I'm sure I would have better keepable gains by adding Deca, just not sure if its worth it?

I hear what you are saying... Deca/Test combo is a tried and proven stack. Most guys here started with a Deca/Test as their first cycle.
 
Deca is nice..but a little pricey. I would think that you would get more bang for your buck if you just used Tren instead. What do you guys think about what I said?
 
Tren is pretty expensive itself. I think tren would be a little tough for the first serious cycle. Anyone have any other opinions? 400 Test ew, 300 Deca ew? Think I will be alright with those dosages without gettin shutdown too hard? B6 for prolactin, l-dex and nolva ED. Thanks.
