First Cycle

I began taking Test Cypionate yesterday, starting at 200 mg. I plan to take Deca 200 with it, as well as Nolvadex to counter the negatives. I'm not a big man, so I won't start out with hefty loads, but I indeed will continue with my cycle. I weigh 160 pounds and stand about 6 feet tall. I'm lookin to gain a few pounds and put on some bulk.

Here is how i plan on taking this stack.

TEST DECA NOLVA
WEEK 1 200 --- ----
WEEK 2 200 200 10mg/ed
WEEK 3 400 200 10mg/ed
WEEK 4 400 200 10mg/ed
WEEK 5 400 200 10mg/ed
WEEK 6 200 400 10mg/ed
WEEK 7 200 400 10mg/ed
WEEK 8 --- 200 10mg/ed
WEEK 9 --- 200 ----

As you all can see that will be a 9 week cycle. I'm not too sure about stacking 400 mg of Deca and 400 mg of Test in the same week, since this is my beginning cycle. Please respond and voice your opinion on this stack.

well evidently my chart came out fucked up... so wut u need to do is move the Test column over where the DECA one is, and shift everything to the right in that order. the first column of triple digits is test, the second is deca, and the last column of double digits is my cycle of nolvadex. also, i've read online that some people say not to take nolvadex until i start feeling itchy tits or see too much water retention. should i follow that guide, or just stay with my cycle?
 
rrevision....
week 1-8 400mg test per week
week 1-10 400mg deca per week
if possible add 25mg per dbol per day for 6 weeks
dont take nolvadex unless necessary
and dont pyramid cycle...old thinking
eat and lift heavy..

im 18 years old, forgot to post that... good point.

i here that the classic pyramid is horrible, but why is that. and i thought that a 400 mg/week of test and deca would be too much. am i thinking wrong?
 
I've only been lifting for a couple months. That's quite alright ICEman. I have lifted for periods of 6 months at previous times, but I recently got back into lifting a couple months ago. Have I tried food? Well, to an extent perhaps. I'm goin to college next year and I'd like to put on a few pounds, and a few muscles... but I want to do it right... that's why I came here. I already started with the TEST, so I won't stop... just askin the right way to do it.
