What's up guys. Hoping some of you will give me some feedback on my first planned cycle, and let me know if everything looks okay.
I am 27, 6'0, and my weight fluctuates between 210-215. I am not sure on body fat, I would say around 10-12%. I am not ripped, but you can see the outline of my abs. I used to powerlift and was a bit bigger than I am now, but I switched more towards bodybuilding the last couple years.
I go through the typically faces of bulking and cutting, but I have started to really plateau with both of those areas. During the bulking phase, I quickly hit a point where I just can't get any bigger or stronger without getting fat; and then with the cutting, I feel like everything I worked hard for is withering away off of me.
I have been researching this for awhile, and I feel I am ready for my first cycle. My lifting buddy has a few cycles under his belt, and he has helped me put together my first cycle. All the research I have done makes me feel like this is a really good set up, but I would still like more input.
The goal for my cycle is a clean bulk. I want to put on as much muscle as possible, without much fat. Then towards the end, I'd like to clean everything up a bit and get that really defined shredded look. Here is what we came up with.
1-12 Test E - 500mg/week (2 injects per week, Sun & Thurs)
1-4 Dianabol- 30mg/day (split am/pm)
9-12 Winstrol - 50mg/day (split am/pm)
1-14 Aromasin - 12.5mg/day
10-14 HCG - 500iu 2x/week
PCT
15-18 Clomid - 50/25/25/25
15-18 Nolva - 40/20/20/20
15-18 Aromasin - 12.5mg/eod
I will be using Cycle Assist while on the orals, and Lipid Stabil the entire cycle. I also will be using Animal Flex for joint support.
Please let me know what you think. I would like to start my cycle asap, and I need to know exactly what I need before I start. Thanks to everyone that helps.
