First Cycle

Hey guys, I am here to get some advice on my first cycle. Been doing a lot of research for the past few years, and now I know I am ready to go to the next level.

I am 26, have been lifting since the days of high school, but more seriously with proper diet and nutrition that past 5 years. I train with 5 day splits, 1 body part a day, with 2 days off during the week which I usually do cardio on. I like to lift as heavy as possible with good form on compound lifts, usually 6-8 reps with drop sets mixed in, and then 10-12 reps on others.

Diet is on point.

My goals for my first cycle is to make lean keepable gains, while keeping body fat gain minimum. Currently I am 5-10 210 lbs, around 12-15% body fat. At the end of the cycle I would like to be right around 200 pounds, and in the single digits with body fat.

The cycle plan is this

1-12 Test E 500 mg/week
1-5 Tbol 50 mg/day
1-12 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
1-12 Proviron 25 mg/day
1-12 GW-51016 10 mg/day

for support I will be running N2Guard throughout the cycle as well has HCGenerate.

PCT will be
1-4 Clomid 25/25/25/25
1-4 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
1-4 Post Cycle and Unleashed Combo
1-4 DAA

one of my questions is with the GW-51016. Do i need to cycle this on and off throughout the cycle or will it be okay to run straight for 12 weeks? Also, is it okay to run this during PCT. I would like to run it with MK-2866 during pct and also for 4 weeks after pct is complete for a short bridge.

Swap the aromasin for forma stanzol in pct and it looks good.. don't know anything about sarms so can't help you there.. fair play on doing some proper research man.. its rare now a days

Can you get hcg? Could do a blast of that before pct

Take Aromasin out of pct and add forma stanza, and it sounds like you're looking for more of a cutting cycle, so you could switch the tbol and go with anavar near the end of you're cycle instead. And also as
N2burn into your pct to cut some fat gain from cycle. Any test will put some Bf on you bro

Add 10 grams taurine daily since you are probably going to be hitting cardio faily often for cutting. It will help with the possibly bad calf and lower back pumps

1 I do not see you needing to use Aromasin when you are going to be running Provirone during the entire cycle.
2. Running the sarms during the cycle is pointless you want your receptors saturated with the steroids which are way more anabolic.
3. Change your pct to the following..
Starting the day the cycle ends regardless of the cycle
Weeks
1-6 Forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm every day for the first 4 weeks drop down to 3 and 3 for the last 2 weeks
1-4 phytoserm-347 a cap 1 and 1 cap pm every day
2-6 N2BM-DAA

bump proviron to 75 mg day... save gw for after your cycle and run it in a sarms triple stack with osta and s4... run tbol at 60 mg day... run it 4 weeks to kick and then the last 6 weeks, 9-14, run either anavar or winstrol... here's a proper pct...

First, I would like to ask about the gw-501516. I am being told not to use a SARM during cycle because they will just fight for receptors. That makes sense, and obviously i want the strongest compound doing the work. The thing is though, from the research that I have done, GW-501516 is not a SARM and does not effect androgen receptors at all (from what i have read). So I am not seeing why excluding this from my cycle is necessary. Also I have read that many are switching from HGH to this compound, on and off cycle because it helps them stay lean and is a lot more cost effective for this purpose. Now I do not know a whole lot about HGH.. but the research that I have done points to GW-501516 being very effective for cutting and keeping body fat minimal on cycle. Any input on this would be great.

Second regards the use of Anavar at the back end of the cycle. I originally wanted to do this, but I felt using 2 compounds in a first cycle was pushing it, and 3 was unheard of. But hey, you just talked me into it. How many milligrams should I run each day from weeks 9-14? I have read anywhere between 50-100.

Third, if I bump the Proviron to 75 mgs a day, will that take away the need for an AI on cycle? I will assume I should keep one on hand just in case.

Also, i was wondering if i could get a small critique of my diet. I have never ate while on any sort of cycle before, so i was wondering if my calorie and macro nutrient levels were okay. I work from 6:30 am to around 8 pm, 6 days a week. My job is very physically demanding so I burn many calories through-out the day. I wake up at 4:30 am, and am hitting the gym by 5 am on an empty stomach. I take a pre-workout and a good amount of BCAAs and HMB to help few the muscles during the workout. Since I have a set work schedule, and not a lot of free time, my meals are all prepared before hand and do not vary much, This is a typical eating day for me. Paleo w/ moderate carbs.

6:15 am (Post-Workout Meal)
2 scoops whey protein
4 Tbl spoon Honey

500 calories, 48g protein, 72g carbs, 2g fat

8:00 am (meal 2)
6 oz chicken breast
1 large apple
1 cup red grapes
10 almonds

485 calories, 42g protein, 65g carbs, 8g fat

11:00 am (Meal 3 snack)
6 Hard Boiled eggs

465 Calories, 38g protein, 0g carbs, 32g fat

1:00 pm (Meal 4 lunch)
6 oz chicken breast
1 cups green peas
10 almonds

385 calories, 49g protein, 25g carb, 8g fat

3:00 pm (Meal 5 snack)
2 scoops whey
20 almonds

380 calories, 54g protein, 7g carbs, 14g fat

5:00 pm (Meal 6 salad)
6 oz chicken breast
2 cups raw spinach
2 tbl spoon Olive Oil may
Lots of salsa

285 calories, 40g protein, 12g carb, 8g fat

Anavar would be fine at 50-60mg then bump if you feel the need. 2700 cals seems pretty low while you're on cycle. I don't know your stats but you could def eat more to get the most out of it and still make lean gains. Didn't you know steroids are magic? =D

I love gw in every aspect... I ran it in pct recently and loved what it accomplished... You can utilize it on cycle if you want as I have seen more and more people have success in doing so... It is not going to fight for receptors as osta and s4 will...

start anavar at 60 mg the first four weeks and if you are not experiencing side effects, then bump to 80 mg... make sure you are using n2guard along side...

proviron has ai properties but it is not an ai and i would still recomend using one...

i've been eating around 2500-2700 since the begining of the year, trying to cut down a little bit before spring/summer, but not too much. what would you suggest for calories.. 3500?

Just use an online calc to figure that out. IMO, If it were me, I'd eat quite a bit more than maintenance on any cycle, even when im cutting down, otherwise your gains will be very minimal, and that is just wasting money on a bunch of gear when you could have easily dropped weight just by cutting cals which is what you're already doing. If you keep your cals 100% clean and bump them up, you'll gain a lot more muscle and still lean out. Especially if you're running tbol and var. just my opinion though, good luck

You have to understand YOUR body first... I am a nutritionist and the main part of my job is personalization... You must make each plan conducive to each person which takes a lot of trial and error... Keeping track of everything each day will prove to be very helpful
