First Cycle - Thoughts and Opinions.

Hey guys,

I have previously posted on here about 8 - 10 months ago stating information about my training history and what I was planning to do. The opinions expressed by a few members of this forum was that i was too young and to wait a bit. Anyway I have taken your advice and its been nearly a year now and I would like to go ahead with my first cycle.

24 years old.
5'10 - 72 kg - lean muscle/athletic.
I have been lifting mainly lighter weights and high reps for the last 8 years and have been boxing for a long time. I am fit and my body is quite conditioned - I have recently decided to quit the boxing however as I dont have time to train every day and for the last 12 months I have been focusing primarily on bulking up. Over the last years I have rotated between bulking and toning but at the moment i just want to get more lean muscle and gain a few kg.

Being first cycle I would prefer to stick to one compound. At the moment i can get my hands on sus 250 (im in australia, it can get a little tricky!)

This is my cycle plan:

Week 1 --> 8 = Sus 250 - 2 shots per week, Monday and Thursdays.
Week 9 - Nolva ED
Week 10 - Nolva ED
Week 11 - Nolva EOD.

My work out plan would be as follows:
MON: CHEST/BICEPS
TUES: BACK/TRI'S/SHOULDERS
WED: cardio/boxing
THURS: CHEST/BICEPS
FRIDAY: Cardio/Boxing
SAT: BACK/TRI'S/SHOULDERS
SUN: rest.

I was wondering how this seems to you guys. I am still in the process of researching and I will not start the cycle until I feel I have enough knowledge to do so.

I hope you guys can fill in the blanks and give me some pointers on what you did for your first cycle or what else you think I should add.

Glad to see you were patient...

Test, 500 mg's/ week, standard 1st cycle...

I'm not a fan of training the same BP on the same day every week, but that's me...if it works for you, run with it....Just one question, you're not training legs?

hey EZ,

to be honest I havnt been training legs within the last 6 months however i should because right now it look s a bit disproportionate - chicken legs.

do you think:
1. I should do a different muscle group everyday.
or
2. MON: Biceps, Chest TUES: Back Tri's WED: Legs Shoulder... THURS: Break. FRIDAY: BI's Chest, SAT: BACK TRI'S SUN: Legs/ Shoulders??

I'v heard a number of people stating 500mgs first cycle - others 250 mgs. 250mg is already double the natural test level isnt it?

Also in terms of possible side effects - should I expect anymore or any less with sus 250 over say test E?

SuS is great shit..Great first cycle...As for your workout routine if it works for you dont let anyone question it
 
I think my diet is ok. At the moment Im eating about 6 small meals a day. Complex carbs in the morning through til lunchtime (ie. pasta, potato's, brown bread oats etc.) and protein in the rest of my meals including a protein shake and/or bar each day with mainly white meat - chicken or fish in the evening. I try to have about 200grams of protein a day but will probably up this to around 300 once im on the cycle.

Is that generally a good diet.

2 last questions that would be immensly helpful.

1. how long do you recommend my first cycle of sus should be? 6/8/10?

2.and will nova for 3 weeks be sufficient for PCT?

Guys thanks for all your help Im gonna get my bloods done at the docs soon - I wanna do this properly.

ANy more tips or info would be great.

If I were you I would run the Sust for atleast 10 - 12 weeks. Sust should be shot EOD because of the short esters in it to keep your blood levels stable, but you will still see very nice results shooting it bi-weekly. You also have to wait 3 weeks after your last shot of Sust to start the Nolva. When you start the Nolva, take it for 4 weeks at 20mg ED.

Ya, nothing worse than skinny legs!

Personally I prefer to train 1 body-part a day. Now that’s what works for me, you have to find a routine that works for you…I also change up my routine every few months, but again that’s what works for me…

10-12 weeks, 500 mg’s/week, I’ve heard of guys making gains on 100 mg’s/week *cough* post by Nelson *cough* but if it were me I’d prob do 500 mg’s/week. No matter what you dose you do, split it up into 2 pins/week. If you can get eth or cyp I feel like that’s a better choice…

currently im thinking of going

12,14,15 - Nothing

It depends. Shooting Sust 250 bi-weekly can cause more unstable blood levels than shooting Test E or C the same way because of the short esters in the Sust. Having unstable blood levels can cause side effects. Honestly, though, it really depends on the person. I shoot Sust bi-weekly and I don't get any side effects or water bloat. When I shoot Test E the same way, I bloat up like a balloon. I know people who say the opposite. Everybody is different and the only way to know is to try it yourself.

improve your PCT. read some of the PCT forum posts and get some more ideas.

unleashed, post cycle, hcgenerate, etc etc. nolva is a weak PCT
 
First cycle?

Cut the sus dosage in half.

Throw the nolva in the garbage.

PCT :HCG, dex, UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE, HCGenerate.
