Hey guys,
I have previously posted on here about 8 - 10 months ago stating information about my training history and what I was planning to do. The opinions expressed by a few members of this forum was that i was too young and to wait a bit. Anyway I have taken your advice and its been nearly a year now and I would like to go ahead with my first cycle.
24 years old.
5'10 - 72 kg - lean muscle/athletic.
I have been lifting mainly lighter weights and high reps for the last 8 years and have been boxing for a long time. I am fit and my body is quite conditioned - I have recently decided to quit the boxing however as I dont have time to train every day and for the last 12 months I have been focusing primarily on bulking up. Over the last years I have rotated between bulking and toning but at the moment i just want to get more lean muscle and gain a few kg.
Being first cycle I would prefer to stick to one compound. At the moment i can get my hands on sus 250 (im in australia, it can get a little tricky!)
This is my cycle plan:
Week 1 --> 8 = Sus 250 - 2 shots per week, Monday and Thursdays.
Week 9 - Nolva ED
Week 10 - Nolva ED
Week 11 - Nolva EOD.
My work out plan would be as follows:
MON: CHEST/BICEPS
TUES: BACK/TRI'S/SHOULDERS
WED: cardio/boxing
THURS: CHEST/BICEPS
FRIDAY: Cardio/Boxing
SAT: BACK/TRI'S/SHOULDERS
SUN: rest.
I was wondering how this seems to you guys. I am still in the process of researching and I will not start the cycle until I feel I have enough knowledge to do so.
I hope you guys can fill in the blanks and give me some pointers on what you did for your first cycle or what else you think I should add.
