Thanks again for more info, my diet at the moment is for maintenance, as I find it extremely difficult to stomach the amount of food i require for growth, i can only manage it for a couple of months at a time maximum, during my gaining phases i take in anywhere up to 4k cals, at the moment i'm holding steady at around 3k - 3.3k with little to no cardio
I train 5 times per week, 1 body part per day although i include abs on chest days, i don't overtrain and get plenty of rest

EDIT: I eat clean, i don't dirty bulk or anything as i find i'm extremely lethargic when i do, which isn't good for my worklife
