250mg of Test Enanthate, 1ml Amps. 1 shot a week.
Armidex .25 EOD as AI
2 weeks after start PCT Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

What do you guys think? Suggestions? What should I expect?

Gonna go for a 500 to 700 calorie deficit.

Hit a N word up with some stats to see what we're working with here. 250mg/wk is a trt dose but I'm a minimalist so I love it. After 10 years of no gear, I think you will notice some definite strength gains, and a little muscularity. Dylan can give u some tips with Sarms, depending on how much u wanna spend, but regardless....after ur 10 year hiatus, I wouldn't stray from ur set up...Have fun with this, brother
