I stopped the weight loss over a year ago.
I have had a thyroid test done, it was normal (apparently)
Bring it up naturally? I want to be up around 800, what natural method is going to do that?
I would touch shit until you get more tests done. Worse advice ever , this guy isn't anywhere close to being ready for AAS and you tell him to run it anyway?? wow.
njguy you are doing the right thing waitingfor results.
And BTW grats on your huge weight loss and starting a life of healthiness and fitness. Do like to pros here advise and WAIT before trying steriods. Not sure about SARMS as I have never tried them myself but am interested and reading the link dylan posted. And Radar posted an awesome diet that we all should follow, lord knows i try!
Sounds like you could be secondary hypogonadism if your LH/FSH are running high. If this is correct then your boys might be okay: your Free T is low, but comparitively high compared to your Total T levels.
I think if your pituitary scan (MRI) comes back okay, your doctor will start you on TRT. However, going head-on with self medicating roids now will not only endager your health, but also put the chances of you
getting therapy from your doctor in peril. You must be very careful. As Dylan and the guys say, your previous weight and rapid weight loss may have impaired some of your internal organs: heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver.
Besides, you're still relatively young, and roids if used improperly, could shut your natural ability to produce sperm. If you want kids or have a child(ren) and planning on more, this puts you in shite creek.
Be patient. This is a lifestyle choice you're making and not some race for a quick fix. Let the doctors do their jobs and you look after the rest with sensible exercise and good dietary habits. RADAR's food list is something you should employ.
Best regards,
Craig
