First cycle starting this week

I stopped the weight loss over a year ago.
I have had a thyroid test done, it was normal (apparently)

Bring it up naturally? I want to be up around 800, what natural method is going to do that?

How you look starts in the kitchen, also keep alog on fitday to see how many calories you're consuming to maintain your diet.
Training 4-5 times a week will help increase Test levels.
Also Get some Unleashed at Needtobuild muscle or protein factory
RADAR20 will get you 20% off at NTBM. This product will help free up SHBG (Sex hormone binding globlin)

Here are the foods you need to be consuming on your diet each portion of 4 selection should be no larger than a handfull with some Protein in each.

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

UPDATE -

**

So i just went to see my endo after a follow up 2nd round of bloodwork. Turns out...it gets worse lol

Total Test now = 40!!!
Free test = 9...WTF

so my doc can't explain this, and neiter can I. I have never touched a steroid and other then the extreme weight loss, nothing unusual

However thats what we're goign on, my 300lb weight loss and spending 10 years of my life morbitly obease

so, he wants to MRI my head. he is looking for masses on my patuitary gland, that would be interupting the communications between my brain and my testies.

he saw lowered LH and PLH and Prolactin levels, indicating some communications issues

any thoughts guys? any help/experiences would be greatly appreciated

its very frustrating jumping these hoops, knowing that a good shot of Test will get me working again...sigh... he is being very careful about giving me TRT.

Well idd actually do the testosteron cycle if i were you. I can assume that you have alittle lose skin after your weight loss, and testosteron e does not cause a direct fat loss effect. By gaining musclemass you are going to burn alot more calories just by sitting down!

More muscle, requires more energy! alot of us bigger guys are able to eat more because our muscle mass is higher then the average joe´s! So idd say, dont cut so much that you dont like how you look!

But idd do the test and run it for 10weeks, give it a try and see the effects you might like it and it might help you take the next step in your personal jurney!

I would touch shit until you get more tests done. Worse advice ever , this guy isn't anywhere close to being ready for AAS and you tell him to run it anyway?? wow.

njguy you are doing the right thing waitingfor results.

And BTW grats on your huge weight loss and starting a life of healthiness and fitness. Do like to pros here advise and WAIT before trying steriods. Not sure about SARMS as I have never tried them myself but am interested and reading the link dylan posted. And Radar posted an awesome diet that we all should follow, lord knows i try!

He's completely right... don't touch a thing until you get your results and get everything sorted out. There could be a major issue and running a cycle could really mess you up. And you've never even pinned before... and you plan on pinning yourself 1ce a week for the rest of your life??
And btw..1/4 inch needle is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I hope you meant 1 1/4.

Sounds like you could be secondary hypogonadism if your LH/FSH are running high. If this is correct then your boys might be okay: your Free T is low, but comparitively high compared to your Total T levels.
I think if your pituitary scan (MRI) comes back okay, your doctor will start you on TRT. However, going head-on with self medicating roids now will not only endager your health, but also put the chances of you
getting therapy from your doctor in peril. You must be very careful. As Dylan and the guys say, your previous weight and rapid weight loss may have impaired some of your internal organs: heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver.
Besides, you're still relatively young, and roids if used improperly, could shut your natural ability to produce sperm. If you want kids or have a child(ren) and planning on more, this puts you in shite creek.

Be patient. This is a lifestyle choice you're making and not some race for a quick fix. Let the doctors do their jobs and you look after the rest with sensible exercise and good dietary habits. RADAR's food list is something you should employ.

Best regards,
Craig

thank you for the sound advice.

one correcetion, my LH/FSH were actually LOW... (sorry if i mis stated that)

yes, low that is why the doc wanted to get an MRI, as given low test #'s he expected them to be HIGH, thus indicating my pituitary gland was trying to compensate. Low indicates an issue with signaling.

My only thing is... my doc stated some bulshit about ..."even if the tests come back negative for teh MRI, I want to try you on clomid..." "ive had some success with that"

Im like WTF! STFU doc (didnt really say that) i know all about clomid, and there is no FUKING way clomid is going to make my test levels anywhere near what they need to be

not starting at 40 and neededing to get to like 800...WTF doc...sigh...that is my only annoying point

I just see months and months of waiting...all the while eating 1500 cal a day in agony...UGGG I want to see the gains from my hard work in the gym. I want to get a normal T count for christ sakes...
