First cycle starting this week

Hello again everyone,

so i finally got my order together and it should arrive tomorrow, so I'll be starting my first cycle this week.

250mg Test C 2xW Probably sunday/thur or Monday/Fri

A little background. I lost over 300lbs in 2 years, dropping from 470-142 by severely restricting my diet and running miles every day. Got very anorexic and week. My muscle mass got next to nothing. Since Christmas, i've made power-lifting my new hobby. My problem is i gain weight very easily. I eat no more then 1800-2000 calories per day, but gain stomach fat and love handle fat very easily.

I've gone from 142-200 since christmas, but made huge natty gains
Bench went from 140-315x5
squat - 515x3
DL - (my weakest lift) 450x2

I put my effort in. I've made my natural gains. My thing now is, I hate gaining weight eating 2k a day. I see everyone post all the time, they CUT on that much. Eating upwards of 3k 4k or even 5k on gear. That is a dream for me! making lean gains eating 3k a day...omg heaven!

So, I'm going to start my first cycle. and keep my calories the same, hoping to shred up and hoping the Test C shreds my bf% down.

I've been tested, and have a sub 200t count, probably caused by the weight loss, however my doctor wont put me on Trt, and im done fighting the system, so Im taking this route. Just easier and I want results.

My questions are as follows
1) what orals out there are good for adding to cycles to increase calories consumed but shred up at the same time? I hear good things about anavar? any experienced people with anavar/winny please comment.
2) what were some of your calorie intakes while on you first cycles?

my stats - 6ft, 28, 210lbs 17%bf

i think you have been misinformed here bro... steroids are not going to act as fat burners and help you to continue to lose weight... your body fat is still too high to run steroids anyway... you need to be running sarms and thermogenics if you are trying to step up the weight loss...

point taken, but im new to SARMS. could you elaborate more as to what type of cycle to run with those? and how they aid in fat loss? basically can anyone give me a quick crash course in SARMS?

You need to really reconsider your position on taking AAS on this one.

You said you lost over 300 pounds?!!!!! This means that you were very very unhealthy!!!!!!! Even if you were able to bring your weight back up with some good muscle mass that does not account for the fact for the damage that you have allready placed on your body mainly your HEART!!!!!!!

I would get checked out for LVH and High blood pressure and make sure your cardio vascular health is at upmost condition before even considering AAS!!!!!!!

Im not trying to be a dick here but AAS will make your situation a lot worse health wise if you are not in the best condition of your life.
 
so this morning was my first pin. I got scured out of it lol

I loaded the pin, but something wasn't right. I held the bottle upside down, and went to draw but it was REALLY hard to draw 1ML, it like 'dripped' into the pin.

i pushed air into the bottle first to create the vacuum, but it still wouldn't draw. 25gauge 1/4inch pin. then, after it FINALLY drew out 1ml, i said Nah, got scared and went to load it back into the bottle and DAMN it took forever to push that 1ML through the pin back to the bottle.

I think im going to see about getting a referral to see an Endo guy and get a full Test panel worked out, maybe i can get TrT the right way.

out of curiosity, what was I doing wrong, how come i couldn't draw and push 1ML of test C through that 25g pin?

SOOO glad i didnt start my cycle!

so before I jumped in this route, i said to myself.... why dont i try and get TRT tested legally and see where Im at


Well folks, if you ever doubted that going sub 500cal a day for over a year can destroy your test levels


I got my results in today... TOTAL TEST = 69!!!!

My apt with my endo guy is on monday, heres hoping i can get some TRT Test E 250mg shots weekly!
 
You need to reevaluate making some lifestyle changes and taking the right steps to try and bring your natural test levels up before resorting to TRT. You said yourself that your extreme dieting probably played a huge part in it. Another thing you may want to consider is having a thyroid test done since you gain weight on such little cals.
