First cycle questions

Alright guys I need some help. I want to do my first cycle. I'm 31 6' 4" tall and 215lbs. Like alot of guys my hieght I have a dificult time putting on weight. I have been working out off and on since highschool and have a pretty good foundation. I would like to put on about 25lbs of muscle mass. What do you guys recomend?

500mgs test (cyp or Enth) weeks 1-12
30mgs Dbol everyday week 1-6
post cycle -Nolva and HCG
-have extra nolva on hand to combat any gyno that my pop up
 
difficult time putting on weight?? what does your diet look like....i would look there first...your problem may be eating..
 
Check your diet first before jumping in to the juice.Are you eating 3,000 to 5,000 cal.?How much protien are you taking in a day?
 
Well as far as the diet goes I have been taking in about 2 grams of protien per lb of body weight. I have been trying to get 3000 cal per day. Maybe this is not enough......

no thats not enough... i was dieting on 32-3300 cals and i was about 220. increase cals bro, and ricorico's cycle is a good one

Yep! That's not near enough food. That's about what I dieted on for my shows. I ended up about 224 before I dropped my water. That is not even close to enough to be putting weight on with a fast metabolism.
