first cycle question....

first cycle is Brovel Norandren 200 & Akpuxuh D-bol.
taken like this- Deca 200 ml every monday & thursday for 5 weeks. pyramiding d-bol like this:
week 1 10mg
week 2 15mg
week 3 20mg
week 4 15mg
week 5 10mg
week 6 5mg
i'm eating 5-6 good meals per day (carbs are brown rice, kidney beans, potatoes, oatmeal. protein is chicken, fish, eggs) plus one shake right after my lift. Since i'm not eating much fat, I feel like i'm not consuming many calories. should I be aiming for more calories in the form of junk food or stick to the quality meals.

BTW- i'm a 5'8" 167lbs 11.1% BF hard gainer looking to put on mass. any advice would be greatly appreciated...also, just started week 2 today...
 
If you're a hard gainer you're going to have to eat a lot. This is going to be the chore. Don't eat junk food, but you have to get the calories or you simply won't make gains. Stick with the quality meals, but take in ample calories(4000 at least).
 
i dont think that dosage of dbol is gonna do much of anything for u. use atleast 30mg a day, if your strength doesnt go through the rough on that then use more.
