First cycle, please help?!?!?!

Hello Everyone!!!
Im new to this site.
A little background Im 5'6" I started working out about 2 years ago. Started at 125 and progressed to 155. I feel that I have hit a wall. Currently taking in 2900 Calories a day and just cant seem to progress and further. I have been at 155 for almost a year now. The next logical step is to try some Steroids. I have been researching for a few months but their are so many different kinds out their with so many different people saying different things about them that I dont know what to belive or trust. I am currently taking a test booster called TestoFX and it might have given me Gyno so I have a ultra sound on the 28th. If im passed to take the juice I would like to soon. Im not looking to get huge, Im looking to put on approximatly 15 to 20lbs. I would be happy to weigh 165 to 170 Cut.

The last person I talked to suggested I take
Test Cypionate
or Sustanon
in conjuntion with
Dbol or Tbol
Now im concerned with the aromatization because I already have a lower sex drive already and I do have a little fat on me and I dont want to gain more. I was told to take an Aromatize Inhibitor, but then their is the concern about DHT or DTH(Not sure what is correct) so I was told to take a 5alpha-reductase. This is all quite over whelming to me.
I would like to take something with Minimal side effects as I will probably only be doing 1 cycle in my entire life.

Can any suggest what I should take for my first and only cycle. List the possible side effects and how to battle them. I was also suggested that on a cutting phase I should take Tren and Prop or Tren and Winnie. Any suggestions on all of them.
 
Wow looking more I dont think I would take Dbol due to the side effects, but Turanabol (Assuming that is T-bol) has little to no side effects from what I have read
 
first off welcome to the site bro,, but b4 i answer I found a few things wrong,, first and foremost 2900 cals is not enough, if you are trying to put on muscle mass thats not going to cut it even on steroids...
also what did you mean when you said you have a little fat? what is your b/f%? at 2900 cals working out on a regular basis you should be pretty lean,, so how often do you lift? do you do cardio? and what is you diet like?

I dont mean to nail you with a shit load of questions, just seems to me somthing is a lil off and its best to find out what it is b4 you try steroids of any kind...
 
Sounds to me like you just need to eat more, and keep lifting HEAVY weights. You should probly eat at least 3000 to 3500 cals a day especially if you are a hard gainer. Also sounds like if you want to try steroids you should do some more specific research, about what you want to do.

155 lbs to 170?? You dont need gear to do that! Dollar Menu son!

I was on this board a couple of years ago and should have taken these guys advise

When i did my first cycle when i was way too young and dumb and didnt do my homework. I paid the price for it.

These bros are good people and most know their shit!

If you are adamant about doing gear, take their advice first before getting on ANYTHING.

We need to know your age, rough daily diet, and workout. Lets tweak those things first before you worry about gear.
 
In general terms, if you DO decide to use steroids then a first cycle would usually consist of a long ester test ie cyp or enan at 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Many will jumpstart with dbol for 4 weeks because it takes a while for the long ester to be released. This is optional. To reduce estrogen sides which can include water retension (hypertension), fat gain (estrogen related) and gyno, you could use .25mg Arimidex EOD or even ED depending upon how your body reacts. As for DHT, proscar or even OTC saw palmetto is a competitive inhibitor. Hcg at 250ius twice a week beginning about week 4 will keep your balls in good shape. You need to eat at least 300-350g protein a day at your weight and maybe 4000cal, so 500g carbs and 60g fat. Maybe try eating more, training less but harder, and you might be able to get a bit more naturally. 30lbs naturally isn't too bad but you should try eating more and see before you cross that threshold. Because I assure you once you come over to the Darkside, there's no looking back. :)

I dont know my exact body fat. Probably 18 to 20 If not more. I know im not fat but im not exactly lean. I was at 11% I weighed 125. That might help. I increased my diet and the big thing is that I dont seem to be weighing any more but getting a larger belly with out larger muscles.
I try and lift 5 to 6 days a week. I dont do any cardio.

I wouldnt eat tuna every day too much toxins/mercury....limit to once or twice per week...I wouldnt say your "diet sucks" as futuremd did, afterwhich he tells you "dollar menu son" dont listen to him if your going to eat high calories because you wanna grow and your eating clean calories thats fine

Im really not liking the Side effects of Dbol. What do you think about this cycle

I would try to lower b/f b4 anything, easy fix add in some cardio after you lift, and speaking of lifting what do your workouts look like? I am really not trying to nail you with questions, just want to see if there is an underlying problem somewhere first..
as far as a first cycle though I would keep it simple and proven long acting test cyp is fine 250-500mg a week 12 weeks. adex and hcg,, and a good pct

but first what are your workouts looking like?

diet does not look too bad, just mix it up from time to time cut carbs lower then bump em higher, and change up meals so you dont get sick of em..
 
ok the dollar menu thing was obviously a joke! lets get over it and move on now.

and your diet doesn't suck, but i didnt see it before you posted it. You just said your taking in 2900 cals and not gaining weight. Bump up your cals and you should gain more weight!

Your going to need to eat 3500-4000 cals on gear.

WHAT IS YOUR AGE!?!? This is the 3rd time i have asked you and something that all of the guys would want to know

I train with a partner very hard, we switch it up all the time

Thurs arms
friday scholders.
or usualy split it up with some days in between breaks.

Does anyone need me to post my diet again?

i suggest you add 500-1000 cals to your diet and try some different types of routines than you have been doing. try one for a couple of months then switch to another one. for the cycle i would suggest sending a pm to needtogetaas or dabuffguy and ask about a cycle of monsterdrol, 1-t dermacrine or something like that. im sorry you probably do not want to hear this next part but is is only out of concern. you have hit a plateu it is normal you need to break it and continue to grow. this is an important step in body building. steroids will not teach you about yourself and how to grow they will only swell you up for a couple months only for that size to go away right after you go off of your cycle if you do no have a full understanding of how to build and keep muscle. you are not at this point yet. so the supliments i mentioned above are not the same as the stuff you buy at the gym or vita. shop. they are better i would say they would be the step between sups and steroids. if you are going to try anything i would go that rout first. you will make nice gains from them and you will probably lose them when you stop.
 
The problem is you training by the sounds of it, your gaining fat, your not gaining muscle so right there that says something is up.
170 is no problem to get to with proper training and diet
 
2900 calories a day and you gaining fat?
I understand that you 5'6" but something is very wrong bro.
You must be overtrainig or something....5 days of hard trainig might be too much for your body to deal with

So if I take this monsterdrol or 10t when im finished I will lose the gains?
 
I have read about monsterdrol seems like a pretty good thing if it does what it says it does? does it? Should I take this by itself or do I need to stack it?
 
Secondly how big of a belly am I supposed to be getting. I would like to look fit and not just big and I know I have been defintly losing def in my tummy. The other concern is that I might have Gyno(not sure from what, im getting it checked out) if I do then that would mean higher estrogen levels which can lead to water retention and fat gain correct?

It is good you are getting your possible gyno checked out, but also have your doc run a full blood panel and get your test levels checked out bro...
something is just not right, on that diet I would be cut up like bruce lee and most would at least be lean...so if it is not your training {which it could be post up your training routine,,] then perhaps its medical, low natty test, thyroid, could be any number of things..
bottom line if it were me,,,,,, I would not touch anything until i figured out what was wrong.....

I know I had a full blood test before and My test was within range but on the very low end of the range.
