First Cycle (PH)

50mg.............19-norandrosta 4,9 diene 3, 17 dione

2 pills a day

What is yalls opinion on this PH? Is it worth taking? If so what PCT should i run and when should i start it?

Should i buy some Nolvadex or Clomid before i start taking this cycle? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

20mg of Epi is kind of pointless, IMO. I'm not a fan of pre-made stacks. I would prefer to pick and choose my mix.

Ok thanks. Those stacks are in one pill together. Do you think I will see any gains with this?

I mean what are your goals? stats? Id prob ditch that in favor of beast @ 20-30 mg ed pending your stats and goals.

29yrs old, 5'9 169lbs. mainly just trying to gain some lean mass/size. This would be my first cycle so just wanted to see what kind gains i can get from it. I have read alot of good things about the PH spawn and the one i have is a tad different and its called Real Spawn. I have been debating whether to use this or just skip it and run some real Test 250 or Dbol but i have never done neither so kinda scared of the sides. Also i have been debating whether or not i need to go ahead and buy some clomid for my PH? I was told i shouldnt need it, rather Nolvadex XT or something along those lines would suffice.

I know nothing about that,You would be better off running a Designer steroid from Ironmaglabs i'm just about finishing a cynostane RS Cycle that i was well pleased with.

Ehhh idk if I'd say better in all cases... The gains I made in just 4 weeks of Ironmaglabs Super DMZ (superdrol+dymethazine) were nothing short of remarkable.

Id add 8 to 12 weeks of test to solidify the gains. And why wouldn't you run a SERM? Makes no sense not to...

So no one knows much about the product I already have? I know there is alot of different PHs out there but I already bought this one and just one to know if anyone has any experience with it or could tell me more about it. Thanks for the suggestions maybe on my next cycle I will try a different PH. More then likely I'll just try the real thing like test 250.
