First Cycle of Test Eth...

I seriously doubt you are eating this much and being consistent with it. If you are eating like this and still not gaining weight it's likely because your workout routine sucks. You are using way too much volume and you are likely overtraining imo.


This is a ruff food plan that im doing atm whilst i do the fit day calorie counter (takes a while:) lol

Breakfast 7:30-a.m.
7 eggs only 3 yolks scrambled
1/4 cup grated cheese
16 oz. milk

Pro: 71 carbs:42 fat:28 cals: 750

Snack 10:30
Protien shake
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats
banana
2 cups 1% milk

Pro:63 carbs:94 fat:10 cals:750

Lunch 12:30
8-10 oz. Beef, Chicken, Fish
1/2 sweet potato
1 cup fresh veggies

Pro:50 carbs:49 fat:10 cals: 500

Meal 4 6p.m.
Same as Lunch

Dinner 9:00p.m.
10oz. Beef steak
Potatoe
1 cup fresh veggies

Pro:66 carbs:68 fat:16 cals:610

Totals:
pro:363 carbs:308 fat:84 cals:4,085


Personally im not to found of working out monday wed and friday im more of a mon through to sat person

ive already noted im not consistant but im def getting more than 3000 cals a DAY no worries

Well are you going to be consistent with your injections? What about your sterillity practices?

Are you guessing portion sizes or are you weighing out your food? Something isn't adding up here. I think you're over estimating your food consumption.

Why wouldnt i bee consistant with injections... im going to pay for it. yeh ive been reading on spot injections and needto's threads on 101 to steroids and what not im quite prepared on a sterile basis, please done understimate me becuase im 18 years old im currently undergoing my physical science/bio med degree. aint some kid whos trying to do this to look like a hero. i love bodybuilding. i feel i can hit the next step.

todays weigh in was 67kilograms. at 5'7. so not too badd

DId some research about what you said at uni asked a few doctors and what usay at low dose is incorrect, will not be permanent or long term if anythng short term not trying to pick a fight but im just giving u my reply im not saying ur wrong either but this is wha found out
