First Cycle of Test Eth...

Hey, im new to this forum but i have been doing alot of [URL="http://www.ag-guys.com/"]research[/URL] on cycles.

my initial thought was to do deca and test for 8 weeks but ive read alot thats a bit much for first cycle and just sticking to test is a better idea yes? or can i run deca with it

I dont no exactly what brand or type of test im getting yet but i will soon find out. but he said they come in 20ml vials.

i just have a few questions i was hoping you can assist me with

1. Is running Test alone going to give me good results (obviously with good nutrition and work out structure)
2. will i need PCT for this if i run it for 8 weeks? on the lowest but most effiecient dosage (in ml)
3. can you list whats safe to dangerous (in ml) in terms of dosage
4. does taking test have much effect on fertility (also keeping in mind of my doseage level)
5. everyone talks in mg for eg . 'take 250 mg a week' how do u convert ml to mg i looked online but it says it varies from substance to substance.

it would be greatly appreciated for the help. :)
and im 18 years of age if that has any effect on anything at 132 pounds, very lean been training for 3 years , i have a good diet and tried out many work outs to find what best effects me. i have platued at this weight for the last year. nd i ahve been eating big training hard switiching around work outs resting well noting seems to work, my genetics arnt that great either. as you can tell ima ecto =.= that was just a little personal information
 
In my personal opinion bro, you are way too young for the juice. You need more food bro, especially weighing 132 lbs. I understand some people are hard gainers, but at the age of 18 and only 132 lbs, you have a lot of growing left. You've came to the right place though. You can learn a lot here. We are always willing to help.

Post up your diet (what you ate, what time). Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and input your diet. Dont worry, its free. It will calculate everything for ya, then post the food and its stats on here.

Also, post up your training routine bro and we'll get you on the right track.
 
ey thanks for the advice i forgot to mention im just barely 5'7 so im not very tall ive got a good build on me for my height so people say. and i lack alot of weight in my legs i do train them but the lag... and are quite scrony... but anyway heres work out plan

I hear ya on the height, I'm 5'6" @ 181 lbs. I was 172 before I started using any juice bro.

***Also, make sure you post up your diet bro. I don't think your getting no where near enough food. Calories must go up bro. Also, remember for maximum growth, you need to take in 1.5- 2 grams of protein per body pound. At your weight, I would assume that 3000 cals per day should put the weight on ya bro. Make sure you get details from FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal so we can really tweak it. Also bro, make sure you completely honest with what you say you eat, if not, we can't help ya.

ive seen it before and i have tried the 5x5 on chest routine didnt give me much mass but gave me strength
but im willing to try it thankyou:)
Also i read ages ago about the 1.5 -2 grams of protien per body pound i have been eating around 300 grams of protien a day (including the shakes)
on the shake topic is weight gainers a load of bullshit (dymatize super mega gainer in particular)
im doing the food log atm thanks for that link btw pretty sweet bro
 
This is a ruff food plan that im doing atm whilst i do the fit day calorie counter (takes a while:) lol

Breakfast 7:30-a.m.
7 eggs only 3 yolks scrambled
1/4 cup grated cheese
16 oz. milk

Pro: 71 carbs:42 fat:28 cals: 750

Snack 10:30
Protien shake
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats
banana
2 cups 1% milk

Pro:63 carbs:94 fat:10 cals:750

Lunch 12:30
8-10 oz. Beef, Chicken, Fish
1/2 sweet potato
1 cup fresh veggies

Pro:50 carbs:49 fat:10 cals: 500

Meal 4 6p.m.
Same as Lunch

Dinner 9:00p.m.
10oz. Beef steak
Potatoe
1 cup fresh veggies

Pro:66 carbs:68 fat:16 cals:610

Totals:
pro:363 carbs:308 fat:84 cals:4,085


Personally im not to found of working out monday wed and friday im more of a mon through to sat person
 
^^^ And your not putting on weight? I would love to have the time to have that diet, if I did I would be pushing 190 easy. I got up to 187 by eating around 3400 cals.


***Most weight gainer shakes are loaded with sugars and not too healthy. For some added cals you should order some Better Protein Bars at Needtobuildmuscle.com: Supplements, articles, ..... They taste great and really help put on the size.

I am able to do this because i still atend school so my life is pretty orgonised into time slots (some times espeicaly weekends i dont follow this eating plan coz i get lazy but still shouldnt make a bigg diff 2 days)
i have no idea why i gain no weight

my max weight was 65kg on the holidays was eating damn well and training superb, school does drain me (final year) and i do get lazy with the eating but breakfast through to lucnh always 100% meal 4 is usual skipped

but dinner is always biggest meal

What time do you work out? Immediately following workout you should have a whey protein shake and simple sugar/carb. I like a tablespoon of honey.
