First cycle noob.. HELP!

In advance, I apologize for extreme noobness.

Personal Info:
24 years old, 150 lb and 5.7 ft
been lifting seriously for almost 2 years.. I never wanted to get so big and my goal has always been to get to a good detailed "beach body" ..

I can't get anymore gains and i've been wanting to have more and extra detailing and my trainer suggested that i get on a cycle of Boldenone, proptionate and Var while taking liver support .. Nolvadex and HCG as for PCT
What do you think of this as a first cycle to increas hardness and detailing with clean little muscular bulk?

Never heard of proptionate? Maybe you mean propionate? And anavar would be good for a first cycle. Very low sides, with decent and dry gains. The boldenone you will hear on this forum as referred to as "equipose". Boldenone is just the chemical name for it. Equipose is extremely long estered, so you'll need to run it ATLEAST 14 weeks as far as I know. Those compounds will def give you a lean look though. Ill let a more experienced guy come in here and give you a full cycle layout though, as I don't feel qualified to do so. Also, at 150, you could easily gain some more by eating big and training right. Diet is 75% of what your body looks like. If your not on point with that yet, then gear isn't going to help you much anyway

Just run a test prop cycle !!

stick to test e for your 1st cycle add Var as as a kickstart if you wish the only problem with test prop is you will have to pin eod with test e just twice a week also dont overlook your diet remeber that old saying that abs are made in the kitchen...

True but Test e should be pinned Monday thursday to keep bloods more stable just saying :-)
 
I'll agree with the guys above about just running test your first cycle. It's very basic, and you can see how your body reacts to aas. I'm on my first cycle right now of test e, and I love it. I'm naturally a dry, lean looking guy, and test e does enhance that if you eat right. And you can always take an AI on cycle to prevent bloat and maintain even more of a leaner look. You can kickstart with var though, I wouldn't see the harm in that with it being so low sides
 
bunch of good advice here.. but nothing will replace doing your own research. search the forums and read threads on first cycles and things like that.

after you do that post up a sample cycle w/ pct and we can help you tweak it
