First Cycle - need opinions/help

fat guys have low fat foods created for them; they have entire magazines dedicated to helping them lose fat, they even have companies established to help them lose weight and get fit.

my metabolism is just crazy and it makes me skinny, its just how i am
but i will sure try 5000 cals in a week for sure, with 3000 cals im going to the toilet like 3-4 times a day, cant imagine 5000 haha oh well

GOOD IDEA bro...try that for 3 months or so and come back and let us know if you gained some weight and what the deal is!
 
Well, I got up to 160lbs 14% bf
im now 155lbs 10% bf
it's crazy hard to gain more, i ordered some no-explode to try out, after that ill prolly go and do

tbol 4 weeks 40mg ed
test e 400mg (200x2) / week
armidex .5 ed
novaldex on hand
 
prime exmple for me my father 5'10" 155 mymom 5'3" 112 my sis 5"7" 130 my brother 5' 9.5" 160.... I am 5'11" 260# lways was at lest 210 without sauce!! like these guys say have to eat eat eat eat anyone can gin lean weight just hve to figure out how many calories you need for my self I need pp. 17-18 cals per # of bodyweight to grow 14-16 to maintain and bout 12-14 to strt to cut up just have to figure out wht you need. sometimes a lousy 200-300cal day can make all the difference
