fat guys have low fat foods created for them; they have entire magazines dedicated to helping them lose fat, they even have companies established to help them lose weight and get fit.
my metabolism is just crazy and it makes me skinny, its just how i am
but i will sure try 5000 cals in a week for sure, with 3000 cals im going to the toilet like 3-4 times a day, cant imagine 5000 haha oh well
