First Cycle - need opinions/help

hehe, i guess. your crazy bro. thinking that taking gear will magically put on 20 lbs. and by the way that is a lot to gain from a cycle. 500 cals and 300g protein is not gonna make you fat. if it did you would not be in this predicament. you would be gaining weight off of 3000 cals or so. this is not the case. when you are not putting on mass as an ecto upping your cals and protein is the only way. you can take all the juice you want if you can't pound out the cals you won't grow and waste your money and juice. since you are going to listen i hope you do this safely. run test 500mg for 12 weeks with adex .5mg ed. you will not bloat or get gyno. keep nolva on hand for any gyno that does pop up and for pct. run your pct like this
a week after your last shot
mon wed and fri you take 1000ius of hcg for 3 weeks along with 20mg of nolva and 100mg of clomid the first week, 50mg of clomid the second two. continue the nolva for 3 weeks after the hcg. like is said if you laugh at eating that much then people are gonna laugh at your results. your pic shows little base at all and it doesn't look like you know what your doing.

is test the best solution for someone with gyno(puffy from puberty) and hair loss prone, armidex + nolvadex while on test and clomid after cycle?
what would be the best pct if test would be ran with those criteria
i will up my calls to 3500 for this week and see how much lbm i gain then try 4000 next week

i have a question about TEST- i dont wanna start its own therd as its probs stupid and if a read every post i would prob find out so dont wanna clutter the board ... what should i go for test E or test Prop? test E? i was allways going for test e but it went out of production (BD) also PCT what should i take? clomid only? what about nolvadex should i take that too?

Edit: testE is longer lasting but takes longer to kick in?
testprop is fast acting but needs jabbed every 2days... is that right or is it once / twice a week? cheers
 
test prop needs to be taken ed or eod. test e can be taken once a week or beter if twice a week. yes test e lasts much longer. you should have hcg clomid and nolva for pct. bd should still be making test e and cyp

I have puffy nips from puberty, the puffiness goes away when I’m cold. So I want a cycle that won’t aggravate it, I’m also prone to hair lost since I’m very young. So I guess a good pct to prevent gyno+hair lost. I’m not ready for a cycle so this is why I’m asking some questions on how I should run my cycle and pct.

I was thinking of these cycles
1.
Week 1 - 4 Tbol x 40mg/day
Week 1 - 10 Test x 500mg/week
Week 12-13 Nolvadex x 50mg/day
Week 14-15 Nolvadex x 25mg/day
or
Week 12-13 Clomid 100mg
Week 14-15 Clomid 50g

2.
Week 1-8 Deca x 250mg/week
Week 1-9 Test x 500mg/week
Week 12-13 Clomid 100mg
Week 14-15 Clomid 50g

3. Mix Test With EQ?

I don’t want dbol for its crazy sides since I’m puffy puberty already / maybe var instead of tbol


Should I put armidex or Primobolan for hair lost?

Go with cycle 1 for first time:
Week 1 - 4 Tbol 50mg/day
Week 1 - 12 Test 500mg/week

- A young man
- Eats plenty
- Knows how to work out
- Ecto with low fat
- Puffy nips and prone to hair loss
- Wants to do a first cycle

IMO ... he's briming with natural test and does not need anything andro.
Needs some anabolic.

Let's keep it simple.
30 mgs of anavar for 10 weeks.
Should be good for 10-15 pounds of muscle and no liver damage, gyno or hair thinning.

Want to inject?
Winny ... 50 mg eod for 8 weeks
 
im done with university in 1 week, i will up my cals to 5000, try this for 3 months track lbm and bf and see how it goes, not on a hurry for aas, but im sick and tired of dieting like crazy, eating very good and gaining 2-3 lbs and losing it in the morning asap
im max 150 but most of the time 145 lbs
most big guys dont know what is it to be skinny i think
fat guys have low fat foods created for them; they have entire magazines dedicated to helping them lose fat, they even have companies established to help them lose weight and get fit.

my metabolism is just crazy and it makes me skinny, its just how i am
but i will sure try 5000 cals in a week for sure, with 3000 cals im going to the toilet like 3-4 times a day, cant imagine 5000 haha oh well

i think i had more of a base than you even at that weight. get your diet in check you will grow. 145 bench is not strong enough to consider aas. i was doing 185 and 205 during the time that pic was taken. you need protein to grow or your workouts are a waste

yes but i said it was way to early to start. i went natty after and gained more eating right. i don't know how to past the pic but my arms were still much bigger than yours and i was way stronger. i shouldve waited till i was up near 170

i have small wrist but my bicep are 12,5 cold
do u have a sample 5000 cals of your day input
