I also want to stress that I work a graveyard shift that allows me to go to the gym at least once a day for one to two hours. I often will go twice a day just as long as I am not overtraining. I train six days a week and rest on Sundays. I also eat every two hours, if all else fails I slam a protein shake for a meal. I sleep anywhere from 7-9 hours a night. Is there any advice about lifestyle? Food ideas are great since I eat the same boring shit everyday.
Should I do a Deca cycle or Test Enanthate? I heard that Test has more water retention and is easier to aromatize. Which is better at retaining gains. If I add d-bol at low doses (20-25 mg a day) should I take live detox?
