First Cycle in 10 Years

Well I've gotten old so I thinking of doing my first cycle in 10 years and I'm looking to you guys for some help. I have a few "issue's" I have to take into account when planning this.

First, I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and take multiple insulin injection per day. I've been Diabetic for 32 years now. My last cycle lowered my BG levels significantly and aided in adding some control to daily BG fluctuations with monitoring.

Second, I'm involved in a few athletic endeavors and have developed some nagging joint and nerve issues. I'm told Test can help with the Nueropathy. True?

My last and only cycle was 500mg Sust for 10 weeks. Pro: I put on 30lbs solid and kept 20. Strength and recovery were awesome as expected. Con: I didn't use an anti e and developed a very small amount of gyno and a puffy face I have to this day. LOL!

So I've been doing a bit of research here and elsewhere and I'm thinking of....

I'm currently 5' 10" 210 lbs @ 15% bf

Sust 250mg ew x 10-12 weeks
Deca 200mg ew x 10-12 weeks
Anti e???

So I need some experts help me out here....what would you improve upon?
 
If your gonna do that I would do 500 sust to have a higher ratio than decca or replace decca w/ primo or eq
 
Doing a low dose of deca/test is prob fine however, since you have gyno issues at 500mg test/week you need to watch it closely.
Have letrozole on hand for worse case scenario.
Anti, use either arimidex or aromasin-which ever works better for you. With deca, regardless what some say(and this site do have some ppl who think they know everything but do not really know much:) take dostinex so you keep a steady level of prolactin before it causes gyno. I would also consider using HCG throughout the cycle
BP might go up a little with deca and can't really think of anything else right now-good luck!

Your drug selection is fine for building some mass. You may not even need an anti-e like a-dex. Some of us are trying eg instead of deca to avoid water.

Deca may improve your joint pain, but neither test or deca will help nerves. HGH might.

Take a look at your diet. Puffy is water. Fast sugars hold water. If your Dr says OK ... get the fast sugars out, including fruits and flour products. Hit the proteins and veggies. You'll pee like crazy and lose the face thing quickly.

Thanx bro. Being on multiple insulin injections daily i have my diet dialed in. i don't touch processed carbs. i have a very high protein and green veggie diet for optimum athletic performance. Any carbs i do eat are consumed in the morning and tapered with no carbs the last 2 meals of the day (unless i have a have training session in the evening).

i think some of the puffiness comes from creatine the rest is genetics. the only supps i use are a multivitamin, 1g alpha lipoic acid per day, 3-6g arganine per day, and occasionally a cycle of creatine. The high dose ala has definitely helped the nerves.

Are you lifting now, are you in shape, the gear will do nothing well almost nothing without training, diet, rest, lifting, and you should be in shape before your cycle,

The above cycle is great, and if you just want some extra test, it will work and the deca may help your joints,
