I am new to EF and have never ran any type of AAS before. i have been reading alot of threads, articles etc on anavar and am very interested. im 5'11 198lbs, 9% bf. i have been training intesnsely for 4 years now and have my diet down to a tee. eat 7 meals a day 40 ish grams of protein 60-70 ish grams of carbs(and 10-12nuts) each meal. for supps i take a 3 aday multi vitamin, l-glutamine in the moring and as a post aswell with quickmass by allmax and zma before bed. i have alot of questions and am willing to learn so all help is appriciated.
i think i would like to run a low dose for 6 weeks to keep is as safe as possible and only 30 mgED. hopefully i will react well. im curious of which brands of var are usually legit?how is it possible to tell if its dbol? what pct should i run? do i only need milk thistle for liver support?
