Age 22, 200lbs, 6'0 14% training 3 1/2 years
Hey guys this is my first cycle and I just want your opinions to make sure I have everything in order. My main goal is to gain size and retain 10-15 lbs.
My plan is to do dbol 30mg for 6 weeks. I've already bought it so I don't need to hear the 'test is best' or don't run alone. I've done alot of reading and decided this is what I want for a first run.
I know for a fact that my pct is shit and I need advice on it. All I have is a bottle or two of Nolva but have no idea what to run it at after the 6 weeks. My source did not have an AI at the time, but I could always go back and pick up more.
Like I said I haven't started, but am looking to start within the next 3-4 weeks but want to tighten up my diet and start getting my body ready to handle higher frequency training.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
