BF% 30+ this is a guess.
i have been working out most of my life being that i played sports my whole life.
im looking for a cycle that makes me cut fat fast as possible. i dont really care about building muscle with this cycle just maintain my muscles. im looking for cycle advice including PCT and what type of diet including the macro nutrient % like protein/carb/fat. and any supplements that would speed up the process. and any other suggestion or advice that would help. thanks
 
Avoid AAS for fat loss bro; thats not what you are looking for and your results would be minimal at your BF. Especially as AAS can raise blood pressure, cholesterol, etc significantly and aromitising steroid sides are also typically worse at higher BF levels. At 340 and your guess of 30% BF I don't see that as being something to gamble on.

What does your diet look like?
What do you do in the gym? How often do you do Cardio?

This is what you need to look at for starters.
 
Bro at this point DIET is gonna do WAY WAY more for you with the fat loss then any AAS will do and MUCH less expensive and much HEALTHIER!

im doing a 55/35/10 diet 6 meals a day. 3 hour separated
2600 cal 340g protein 268g carb 26g fat
im doing cardio on an empty stomach and the in the afternoon i go weight train
cardio consist of 45 min. 15 of stair master, elliptical and treadmill. im not doing more than 45m since i read i could burn away my muscle tissue.
weight training im working out every muscle group twice a week. i work out 6 days a week and 1 day off.
my weight training i try to make it intense by working my muscles till fatigue and less than 30 sec rest between sets.
as for supplaments im taking whey protein after both workouts with glutamine and multi vitamin/ joint vitamin and casein protein shake with zma before bed
i have no health problems. i did blood work less than 6 months ago. i had a acl surgery 10 months ago so my knee is perfect. but doctor said i need to lose some weight to take of pressure of the knee.
 
Honestly dude... you'll lose the fat at the same rate with or without the juice... and you'll hold onto enough muscle... fat loss isn't a race.. you gotta be methodical... so just lose the chub... then consider juicing... if you think it'll "work anyway so I'm just gunna take it" it won't... and you'll be displeased with the results...

That said.. keep killin' it! Stick to the diet, and git'r done!
 
Focus on your cardio, do hard long sessions everyday. Your not gonna burn muscle tissue unless you havn't eaten for two weeks prior to working out.

Try some HIIT sessions 3 times a week and just really hit it hard. All other days go for a run and just keep running until your totally done.

How long have you been on your current cardio program?
