First i would like to say thank you guys for even looking at a newbie's post.
I am 6'0'' 19 (i know you guys frown upon this) 165 12% body fat and have been working out steadily 4 days a week for 3 years and am at a slump. i'm a natural skinny kid and want to get bigger
I am eating 3500 fairly healthy calories a day and i'm not gaining much anymore other than fat and would like to take my muscle building to the next level.

i was wondering what kind of cycle should i do?
 
I'm sorry but the only advice you're gonna get here at (19) Is Diet and Training, anyone who does will get their ass kicked!

19 is so young to use Steroids. I bet if you posted your diet and workout regimen, through advice and discipline you can add 20 pounds to your frame in 4-5 months.
 
If the kid wants to juice, he is going to juice. There are a lot of us on here in our mid to late 20's and 30's that started juicing at that age and we can all offer good advice for the younger guys.

That being said omega pamphlet and amp02 will help you burst through a plateau for sure. You definitely have room to gain naturally.

Helping at that age is not helping-it's a cop out!

I agree... But when I was that age nothing was going to stop me and I had no one to guide me in proper use. I had to learn on my own through trial and error.

I don't think he should start that early.
 
Diet, traning. DIET, training. EAT, EAT. Seriously, u build a solid foundation and wait a few yrs until u juice. Post ur diet and let the good folks here at ef critique it and help u modify it for the best gains. U can eat more than u think u can. Ur going to have too if u want to grow. Juice is not the magical answer w/out eating like a horse. Yes, it definitely helps, but w/out ur diet dialed in u can kiss everything u gained and ur hard-earned cash goodbye once u come off.

So lets see it and start you in the right direction .

here is the diet for an average day-
(take note that i do alot of cardio)

6:00am breakfast
4 eggs
2 cups of cereal
2 bananas
4oz of cheddar cheese
-cereal and eggs and cheese on side


9:00am snack
21 grams of whey protien
2 cups of milk
1 cup of strawberries
2/3 cups of oatmeal
-shake

11:00am snack
35 grams of whey protein
2 cups of pom juice
1 cup of blueberries
-shake

1:00pm lunch
power hour
-eat as much as possible (football coach started me on this one in highschool)

5:00pm dinner
9oz chicken breast
2 cups rice

8:00pm snack
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup oatmeal
 
dude, that is a fairly healthy diet. However.....that's how my girlfriend eats(minus power hour). please don't take offense, she's in great shape but she isn't trying to bulk. Try this, and man, take it from a hard gainer, I was your weight at 6'5. that was about 75-80 pds ago. This is what I ate today, it was a bit of a cheat day but it gives you an idea for calories...

meal 1- Protein shake, 52 grams of protein(2 whey scoops), strawberries, banana,scoop of frozen yogurt, 1/2 cup of oatmeal,heaping tablespoon of peanut butter, cup of skim milk, 5 gms creatine.

meal 2- 1 1/2 later- 1 chicken breast, atleast 8-12 oz.

meal 3- 2 hrs later- chicken, beans, rice, and a cookie :)

meal 4- 1 later- can of tuna

meal 5- 1 hr later- bagel w/ peanut butter

meal 6- after wkout protein and waxy maize shake w/ scoop of frozen yogurt

meal 7- 1 to 1 1/2 pds of chicken or beef w/ potato. tonite it was 1 pd of beef. w/ wheat buns.

meal 8- 1 chicken breast (not tonite tho)

meal 9- 5 whole eggs

meal 10- bowl of cheerios(2 cups) and then off to bed.

yes, my cholesterol level is fine.....damn, i need to eat some veggies!!!







So try this...add another chicken breast to ur 9am snack. Add another chicken breast or meat and sweet potato to your dinner. might want to add some cottage cheese to that 11 am snack. I know that seems like a big adjustment but it's just the beginning. The more you begin to weigh the more you'll have to eat to maintain it. throw in what you feel comfortable w/ and adjust to taste. Dont forget your creatine. Oh, I hear amplify02 is a pretty awesome product as well....
