I'm getting ready to do my first cycle:
Week 1- 10: 200 mg cyp
Week 1- 10: 200 mg deca
Clomid post
Nolva (if necessary)
Calorie intake is 3000 now. Will up it by 1000 when on cycle. Do you think being 35 years old, lifting 5 days a week - I could gain 20 lbs? I'm 5'7", 180, 31w,46c,16.5 now and really would like to get to 200lb. Someone told me to up the test to 400mg/week. But I'm wondering that given this is my first cycle, I should go a little lighter and see how my body responds.
I appreciate any and all feedback.
