first cycle help deca300mg/test-e500mg

6'1" 200lbs 10%bf 26 yrs old been lifting for 5 yrs..on my first cycle

week 1-8= deca 300mg, test-e 500mg
week 8-10= test-e 500mg
week 13= clomid 50mg ed

injections mon (deca300mg, test-e250mg)and thur(test-e250mg)

hows this look???

This was my first cycle and I gained 30 pounds after PCT

I ran dbol 1-4 at 40mgd ed though

I also used HCG, nolvadex and arromasin for pct.

I would also suggest using some arimedex .5mgs ed for gyno issues. I started this in the second week.

Eat alot and you will see massive results! Good luck bro!

run the deca 10 weeks and the test 12 weeks,,,,
what you got on hand for ai's and lets talk about your pct ie i dont like it,

hcg 500uis ew threw out cycle pct dermacrin 5 pumps ed 4 weeks starting 1 week after your last shot of test.....

im gettin arimidex to run but not familiar with dermacrin..im guessing clomid is not enough for pct

Bro, your cycle is good for a first one. Aromisan or AIFM is better than Arimidex. Use it throughout your cycle and PCT. For PCT use 500iu of HCG ed for 2 weeks. Use it during the last week of injections and the week after. Then use 50mg of Clomid for 2-3 weeks with your AI. You shouldn't use Nolva in this cycle because of the Deca. If you want to use other supps to help with your PCT, go ahead but do not substitute PCT medications for products that have not been proven to work for PCT. Don't get fooled into thinking you can.

adex is good on cycle bro also have letro on hand as well.

I'm not a hater needto, nor do I want to get into a pissing contest with you but fact is fact. The saliva test that is provided just checks for E1 and not E2. BIG DIFFERENCE BRO! Dermacrine is a good supp and if anyone wants to use it with their PCT meds, then it's going to help. But Dermacrine is in no proven way a PCT substitute.

Very close to my current cycle. I am on 750mgs of test e, 200mgs of eq and 300mgs of deca. Looking to hit 280-290 (Around 244 in my avi which is ooooooooooutdaaaaaaated!) and keep my waist under 30inchs or no higher than 31 at 6'4 this time around (currently at 29 3/4). You should do *very* well on that cycle. Remember to do your compound lifts and eat, eat, eat, eat, eat (clean though. Hard but worth it! I believe in building, not bulking.). Good luck and happy gaining.

BTW, I would follow Needto's advice on running the deca for at least 10 weeks and the test for 12. I would even switch to prop or susp. those last two weeks so you can jump right into pct. But then again, I stay on at least 200-250mgs year round, so I may not be the role model for pct, lol!

keep it the way you have it, when I use deca after the 8th week is not working anymore anyway, besides it does not hurt to stop deca week 8 and do test for another 3-4 weeks. It helps clearing the deca out of your system before PCT.
Before PCT use HCG, During PCT also use aromasin if you can get it. Other than that enjoy bro

90% perfect

along side Clomid dont forget to run an AI to close the feedback loop of estrogen thus driving up Test.
