After years of training ( rugby+Freestyle wrestling), I have embarked on Sust to try and push through some barriers.
I have listed my PBs and goals , I would be interested to know if anyone who has done a Sus cycle thinks they are realistic.
I will be doing two cycles with a 8 -12 week break.
PB GOAL
DEADLIFT 580 LBS 650
POWERCLEAN 305 350
BACK SQUAT 520 600 LBS
PULL UPS ( DEAD HANG ) 14 20
BENCH PRESS 380 450
BODYWEIGHT 240 ( AT 12 %FAT) 260/270 (AT 12 % )
Being a Rugby player ( Prop ) Raw power and Bodymass are more important than big biceps, would appreciate any feed back .
