First cycle ever

Hey guys, I've only just joined EF. I wanted to try a cycle so I've been reading alot, but reading only goes so far-I need opinions w/experience! I'm 5'11 roughly 195 w/ a little fat. As I've never tried anything and know noone who has I'm a bit reluctant to do too much. I was thinking of an 8/wk cycle of Sust and Deca. 2,3,3,4,4,3,3,2 each wk of Deca and 2.5/wk except the 4/wks and use 5/wk of sust on those. I realize I need the extra stuff, so I was thinking proviron for wks 4-7 and clomid wks 8-9. Now, I don't know if it matters, but I gain meat and strength naturally quite well; if something is better for me please inform me! Thanks for the advice guys!

So keep it up until you carnt and then think about aas .

How old are you? Age does matter physiologically. You also mention that you gain muscle fairly well naturally, so what is your goal for doing steroids?

I'm 27, at my biggest i was 205 solid, but my muscle was from natural work ie. digging, cutting/splitting wood, construction work, etc. I've never really trained in a gym except boxing and that's not at all mass. I want to build my muscles up somewhat larger, but way stronger with much more endurance and hopefully more speed. I hope that helps you help me. Thanks again guys!

You know, the guy's going to do this either way, we should give him good advice: It's all about diet and training.

To me it sounds like you've got some great compounds to start with and you're going to see some amazing gains if you're the lumberjack you say you are. Just don't forget that it's the hard work that makes you change. There's nothing wrong with hard work. It's the fight! That's why you fuck the hottest chick possible. You're fighting the fight. Turn that into your gym routine. You're fighting against your natural body type/weight.

The only way you're going to learn that 'fight' is to train. I'm all for you juicing, don't get me wrong, but if you're not accustomed to daily training, you need to invest in a professional trainer.

To this day I get up almost every morning at 7:00AM to train and it's because of a trainer I paid early on (who I couldn't afford at the time). He was a ripped motherfucker but he showed me that pain is good and it don't matter if it's AM or PM.

Hire good advice and you'll get great results. Set 30 days of pro training as your goal before 1st inject at the very least. Hopefully by then you'll see that a good 3 months of technique is what's necessary to harness the power of the shit you're about to put in your body.

Check out my thread (Safty's Super Awsome Thread). Im 19yrs old, EF brothas told me i was too young for joose. In 3 months i went from 185 to 206....and have never looked this toned, vascular, lost a little bf, strong, fast ever before. Did this with a healthy injection of hard work and a high calorie diet. do the same!
 
OK, so what I'm getting is that everyone (all 8 or so) thinks I should not juice, but just work out really hard; and sometime down the road, someone says try a test only cycle. Is this the general consensus? If I'm rebellious and do it anyway (probably will) I need some suggestions for a first timer looking for some size but mostly strength and endurance and faster fast twitch muscles! Thanks for the input, it is valued!
 
run some Test E or C at 500 mg a week for 10-12 weeks. Eat good and lift hard. Save the sust and deca for a later cycle. You should do some more research bro, however you have come to the right place. A lota good bros here. Good luck
 
because youv never trained in a gym you will be suprised the results you will get from training and eating right for 12 months then you will be suprised again when its time to hit the sauce, if you hit the sauce now how are you gona be able to maintain gains off cycle if you have no base to start from?

You're probably right. I was going on the assumption that because of my physical nature (I live in Alaska, grew up in the woods and shit, always worked really hard! since I was a kid I've been stronger than grown men, but I've never really gotten huge persay. Also, I haven't worked or done anything in about 4-5 months and I'm still pretty solid at 195+/-) I could juice up and get way tough like the russian on rocky. I guess I'm mostly being lazy. I'll probably wait a little while, but please continue to post opinions: I read them all! Thanks bros!

You're getting on the right track now.

You should build a natural base first. Think about it. Would be a waste to use gear to get where you can easily get naturally in just a little shorter period of time. With the right eating habits and some hard work in the gym, you'll be huge in no time naturally if you gain like you say you do.

Also, not having worked out with weights before, you need to get your body used to it before you go handling weights you wouldn't be able to handle naturally. You run the risk of injury by jumping on juice right away. Then...say bye-bye to all those juicy gains. Again...a waste.
