First Cycle Ever Have Questions

I am new to all of this but I'm looking to start taking dbol.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what I should take with it, how long, what i need afterwards ect.

I'm 200lbs and 6'0" 23 years old. Very little muscle.

Very little muscle tells me you have no foundation thus you have no business messing with steroids, I put in over 10 yrs hard labor before i even touched them,you can't build rome on tooth picks!

Learn to Train & eat,then come back in about 6-7 years!

It's better to do some research for yourself first rather than come to a forum and ask such a broad question when it doesn't look like you have a clue on what/when/or why to take something....

Very little muscle? Do you lift on a regular basis or are you just looking for some instant gratification that you will find out disappears without proper knowledge, supplementation, and training?

I have muscle its just not where I want it to be. I eat perfectly fine and my training isn't where I want it to be but its getting there. I'm not looking to start off right away, I'm just asking for personal reference. Believe me, I'm honest, I wouldn't start taking anything until I felt I was ready for it. I just want to know what I'm look at here.

I have read up for a while now. I just want to know what you guys do. I do lift on a regular basis, but again, not what I wish it was. I'm not asking so I can start tomorrow. I'm asking so I can look into doing it later in 2011. I have read up. Tons. So much so that I have a head ache right now.

good man! there is plenty of information on how to run an oral cycle on this forum. just type in "oral" in the search box and read through some of those posts.... ignore the posts in the "between the sheets" forum b/c we know what kind of orals they are taking LOLZ
 
You have a good attitude bro. Just keep researching and researching on here. There is so much to read and learn.:)

This isnt an attack on u its just friendly advice. But I can almost guarantee you that you do not eat perfectly fine. Almost no one that has not done extensive research on diet and nutrition has a clue as to what it takes to have a "perfectly fine" diet. I suggest you post up what you put into your mouth in a given day and start there.
