First Cycle- Enantat QV 250, Deca qv 300, n eventually EQ

I've been working out for a while and remain at 5'11, 160 lbs. The muscle I already have developed is lean muscle so I am basicly looking to bulk up from my cycles. My partner suggested a cycle of Enantat QV 250 and Deca Qv 300. This is my first. I've been using the Enantat for almost 2 weeks and am getting ready to begin the deca. I've heard some good things about eq intramuscular and was thinking of throwing that ino the mix after about week 6. Any advise I can get would be helpful. Im amping every 3 days and have been goin into my glutes. my stats are below:

5'11
160lbs
I work out 6 days a week, one musce (or muscle group each workout)
I watch my diet but sometimes worry about not getting enough food intake
*I use muscle relaxers after my workouts, good idea or bad idea? I've heard both arguments.
 
stick with just the test for your first cycle. Beleive you will be happy with the gains.
Don't throw in anything else because you really want to see how you react to test only in the beginning. If you put deca into the mix you won't know where the sides are coming from if you start to get them. As far as the EQ is concerned, it is a very slow acting compound so starting that late in the cycle woudn't be a good idea. By the time it really starts to kick in, it will be time to end the cycle.

Learn from this test only cycle and apply that knowledge to your next cycle
 
you need to do way more research bro.....first of all your diet must be the number 1 priority...you need to write down your everything you take in so you know if you are taking in the correct amounts of nutrition....

1.)monitor your calories, fat, and protien most of all....those three will make you or break you

2.)you should be taking in about 5000 - 6000 calories a day when cycling, and these are good calories i might add (HEALTHY salads, friuts, fish, chicken, shakes, etc.)

3.)why didnt you start the deca and test at the same time.....deca at 300mg/week is good enough for a first timer....the testosterone at 250mg/week should be good enough however many people will tell you it should be around 500mg/week....once again 250mg/week should be sufficient.

4.)make sure you testosterone ends before your deca...this way you can start PCT (post cycle therapy) test should end 2 weeks before the deca ends because test last up to 2 weeks in the body so everything will end at the same time in this cycle

5.)do not run EQ and Deca together...its just weird...they are roughly the same compound and you will waste your EQ....hold on to it for another cycle

6.)you have no PCT....so unless you want your testicles to to be half the size they are and most likely not work well, then you will need to get some HCG or clomid...since this is your first cycle you may be fine with just clomid

7.)if you would have dont some research you would have known these things...how old are you anyway???...i hope to god you dont get flamed ...and DO YOUR RESEARH my young grasshopper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cycle is as follows:

deca 300mg/wk weeks 1-10
test 250mg/wk weeks 1-8
PCT
clomid 100mg/wk week 11 &12
clomid 50mg/wk week 13
and/or
HCG 3000iu week 11

I agree with the others who say test only 1st cycle ,and PCT

If you dont mind me asking a few questions: how old are you/ how many calories a day are you getting/ and how many sets and reps are you doing? Also what muscle relaxers?
 
for the first cycle everyone says do test only, but if they also say that test should be the foundation for every cycle arent you stuck with those sides anyway? i dont know if this question sounds like its suppose to ,but just wondering
 
yeah but you need to figure out how your body responds.. some need 200 some 500 etc etc..

at 5'11 160lbs you need to eat more train less but more effectively adding/removing test/deca/eq wont mean do jack if your diet and training are in order..

test only is a great start

why did you wait to add the deca?
do you know how long it takes eq to kick in?

I don't agree with stopping the test before the deca. Test ent. has a half life that is about half as long as the deca. And deca is known for shutting down your balls faster than anything. I would end both at the same time. But if you're going to just use test bump it up to 600 mgs w/pct of course. Good luck.

Not everyone responds well to test so no test shouldn't be the basis for every cycle. It's the basis for my cycles, but I may be different than the guy next to me at the gym.
Look at it this way, if you start off with 3 compounds and get sides you won't know which one it's coming from. You'll have to take measure for all 3 just to make sure you have the right one.
Let's just say that you do make test the basis for your cycles and you do get sides from it. At least this way you will know exactly what to expect and how to counteract them.
 
Yet another post from a person on their 1st cycle going way overboard. I don't want to flame you but this is the exact type of story that ends up in newspaper articles. People automatically assume that they have to "go big" for their first cycle which is just the opposite of what is true. Besides, if you start with that many compunds, where do you go from there, 4, 5, 6, or more? Relax, take it easy and the gains will come. At 5'11" 160 pounds the gains will come very quickly. When I started I was 5'9" 163 lbs and with one cycle of SUS ONLY I ended at 197. But of course I was like you, neive and not very informed and didn't use any PCT so I dropped to about 175. Everyone here has given you good advice, use it, don't ignore it.
