First cycle CLEN/T3

Hello! I'm new in here I read a lot && alot...

First of all i'm 6'1, 190lbs / 14.6% bf (took last sunday, usualy turn around 15-15.5%) and I'm dieteting, on a really low carbs diet ( like only meat and green veggies)
I took fish oil, 5-6 tablespoon a day, complete multi vit, phosphatidyl serine post workout with my shake to lower my cortisol, well I try as possible to be healthy. Since month I'm stuck with this % & I dont get lower even doing a lot of anaerobic cardio & working out intensively ( maybe too much? I'm slowing down these times) I've done ECA for a while, it helped but didnt gave me that much & I wanna drop by 10% with CLEN/T3.

Following what I read, my CLEN will be took this way

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

since its the first time, I'll keep it low & maybe get higher dose on my second CLEN cycle, that sound fair?

Second, for the T3 I'll take it this way :

Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 12.5mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-25: 25mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)

Only 2 things I'm not sure... I'm always low fat but taking a lot of omega 3. but with T3, mid carbs, low carbs? This is not clear for me...

I'll take 3g taurine/day, still taking multivit & etc.
Got it Liquid from AG Guys, got a serynge to mesure it out. I'll take trace mineral supplement to get potassium & etc.. after all that I'll take guggulsterone, a natural plant modulating the thyroid gland so everything will be in place & not too much damage but I hope to loose this 4% bodyfat! I'll do ECA in between, by the way.

I think you can reach your goals of 10% bodyfat without clenbuterol and T3. Refine your diet and workout. ECA should definitely do the trick of getting you at 10% if your diet is spot on and your cardio is there.

Clenbuterol does work nicely though...I just don't think it's needed since you can lower your fat levels naturally and definitely with ECA.
 
I started at 20% like 6 month ago, dieting hard, with no real sportive background & worked out to get 16%, I got ECA & it dropped me in the 14'ish%, but for now it stuck & didnt go lower, My diet is clear only meat 300gr proteine 6x day with green vegie, I know its not a miracle product or wathev but since 2 month trying a lot of thing in my diet and even my training ,
I take green tea extract supplementation too, though
 
Morning cardio on an empty stomach after a 12 hr fast will do a hatchet job on BF.

I Do this everytime i want to cut up!

Heres What you need to know,first side effects

And I'm not getting into dosage because using this compound take too much and you will screw up your thyroid and have to take T-3 for good.
So for the results the question is "IS YOUR HEALTH WORTH IT!"
Theres always that margin for error.

If you stay too long on low carbs without re-feeds your metabolism will slow down. You should have at least one day a week to eat carbs, and particularly fuit. This is to replenish liver glycogen and keep the conversion of t4 to t3 going as well as to maintain leptin expression. Clen and t3 can be used relatively safely at the dosages you're talking about, but they won't work miracles. Perhaps to get rid of that last stubborn bit, but they are no sustitute for diet and exercise. If you aren't carb loading and eating fruit one day a week try that. It should get your metabolism going again. Good luck!
 
I just did this exact cycle, so I know where you're coming from Matt. I would like to plead with you, please do not ingest any cytomel...its rebound effect will put you fatter than before you started. Not worth it. We want permanent fat loss right? Do eca. And if you absolutely have to, clen. Although it has a similar rebound effect. Whatever you do, ditch the t3.
