first cycle, can use suggestions!

well, here's my advice whether you want it or not...

1. don't worry too much about "age" as long as you have been training hard for several years. as long as you have proper form down and a good solid base, it is doubtful that SMART use of steroids will effect you in many negative ways.

2. congrats on joining the EF boards. and its great to see a newbie come on this board and actually talk about their diet off the bat. you'll soon realize (especially after a few months on the boards) "diet" is the most important thing in achieving the physique you want. sounds like you're off to a good start. hit up the diet discussion board and learn some more!

3. that cycle you proposed absolutely sucks!

4. if i were you (and i am similar, atleast age-wise; 20 & 1/2 yrs old; 5'10" 180 lbs lifting for years and years) i would seriously look into the following: low-dose (like 500mg/week or less) test, equipose, primo (which i doubt you'll find), and anavar. i think you would absolutely LOVE an 8 week anavar cycle. you should really look into it.

PS - VAR WON'T CLOSE YOUR GROWTH PLATES. but you probably don't have TOO much growing left anyway...

I think matto has some good points..I would suggest you stick around here and try to read alot..try doing searches on the compounds matto listed..learn the positives as well as the negatives of each compound and the goals you can achieve with each..Dont take something just because you want to be on!! ill make one suggestion about ur diet you should be eating 18-20 cals per lb of bodyweight if your bulking macros should be something like 40% protein 30% carbs 30% fat..looking at what you listed im assuming you stuff about 5 ounces of "good" meat on a sandw? im guessing that ur only getting about 150-200 g of protein per day..might be the reason ur not gaining like you want to..just MHO Mr. X is a diet guru you can search for some of his posts.. will definitely help you out..good luck bro
 
Thanks for the information guys, I'm going to hold out for a few more years. I'm glad I asked about it first instead of just doing it.

But I will check out the diet section and see what they think of my diet right now and what I should add and stuff.

Your anxious. You should give your body some time to get to it's noatural potential. Granted there are many bodybuilders that started at an early age. Not nesscesarly the smart thing to do, but you can take your chances and do whatever you want. Change up your diet bro. IF your not sure how the rules go for gaining mass, what foods to eat, the formulas for protein, then your not ready to juice just yet.
 
I think the most important thing is that you get your diet in check before you decide to do any kind of aas. Def. a good move on your part by waiting. Welcome to the board there is a lot to learn and you can learn almost all of it at elite.
