First cycle and blood pressure

Hey whats up everyone, i wanted to start my first cycle soon of just test for 12 weeks. Im 23 years old, 6'2" 225 lbs, around 9% BF. I played D-1 ball at Cal, now im back home after an ankle injury. Anyway, i have anxiety and I have a high blood pressure. Do i need to deal with this before starting a cycle? Would arimidex be enough to control the bloat to where i dont get even higher blood pressure? Thanks!
 
If I were you, honestly:

- see a doc, get bloodwork for shits and giggles.
- get a wrist monitor and keep track of your bp different times of the day.

If you notice it getting out of control, lower the dose or stop your gear altogether. Gear might worsen both anxiety and high bp.

And yes, taking something like aromasin to fight non-diet related bloat will help.
 
well whatever you do don't take eq. two big sides are anxiety and high bp.

but on just test, depends on the dose, adex will reduce the bp a little but your bp WILL go up on virtually any gear, probably not much, but a little.

if you are running over 500mg test/wk w/o an ai like adex you are due for pretty substantial increase in blood pressure, otherwise it might be 10-15mm/hg

what is your bp anyways?
 
I would be checking your pressure every 4-6 hrs the whole day. Last thing you need to happen is burn out a kidney so to say. Realisically though, your diet is going to drtermine whst your pressure looks like. I reccomend no less than 1 gallon a day. People dont always understand how a large ammount of water affects your body. It will definately cut down on water retention and make you look more full and ripped. In my experience, a cycle of Test alone or Test and Deca, or Test and Tren, increases my systolic 15-20 points, and diastolic 5- 10. EQ is another story. Personally I would not touch gear, if my BP were already over 140 - 90, which yours is if it is high. But I am 50, and have a family, and want to live 50 more.

But you are 23, and invincible, right? ;-)
 
i definitely would get your bp down to a safe level before messing around with aas, that is not a good combination.
 
Thanks for the replies, my BP is 141/85, so not too high but its up there. And smoking doesnt help. Any supps i can take to keep my BP at a healthy level before starting? Besides a gallon of H20 every day? My cycle might include dbol also, but ill start low. Im gonna start with 250mg of test and maybe bump it up to 400 when i stop the dbol
 
quit smoking, aspirin and lots of h2o for a week then check your bp

Man yesterday I started taking Nox and I tend to have bad reactions to no2 supps. It's slow release..well I took it at noon, and I almost passed out at 9pm my bp dropped to 90/40.. I have low bp as it is.. but I've never felt like I was about to faint.. I did yesterday..

Man the first week of quitting smoking sucks, especially if it you're already used to working out while being a smoker.. It's quite a trip you're setting off on. Nicotine is unique in it's addiction, leaves your body thinking without it we will die. Sure you'll never die, It's not fucking meth or alcohol in regards to withdrawls, but you will sure as hell feel crappy..

Once you stop, don't start again. I dunno where you live, but I'm in Miami.. Most scrapes out here don't like that shit, so it's kind of a pain when you're a smoker rapping to a non-smoker.
 
I have already been sober from stoges for a day :) Im gonna try and get the blood pressure down before i start my cycle, thanks.

One question...whenever i smoke bud i get high anxiety and my BP goes way up...it helps me eat though. Would you guys say quit it altogether on cycle? Since my BP is already kind of a concern? Health is first in my book...if thats not an oxymoron :p

I have normally low bp, I smoke reefer every day for years now. I used to have anxiety attacks on it, but those days all I did was smoke cigarettes and herb and drink beer (like 5-6 years ago). If I didn't hit a couple of bowls after the gym/before bed I wouldn't be able to sleep at all. I use it to relax me and gives me that "icing on the cake" feeling like "ahh i can rest now".

When I don't smoke for a few days my lady friend asks me to please take a few minutes out of my day to burn one for the courtesy of others. She doesn't need me to tell her I haven't smoked, my attitude says it all. And i don't blaze during the day anymore, just before bed, sometimes when i'm being social on the weekends (saturday is "the weekend" for me). I noticed it in myself, but when it's brought up by others it's like *whoa*. I've always thought I've needed some sort of medication to make me 'normal'..dunno..in regards to food, man i'm starving over here at 4000 calories a day..I don't need it for that.

Have you considered B12 injections? No more anxiety, plenty of appetite.

Damn bro, sounds a lot like me. I dont ABSOLUTELY need it to sleep, but it helps me make my calories (4-4.5k). It seems like i have low anxiety issues when im sober, and when i smoke bud i get higher anxiety and one time my mind started racing and my BP at longs drugs was 145/75 and my BPM was 107. I will definetly consider the B-12. Thank you! Ive heard theres HCG mixed with B-12 too....is that true?

depends which B12 you use..

I recommend the synthetic selamin b12.. its a time release formula so you front load it the first week and just do 2cc's a week from there on.. one bottle lasts like a year..and its 50 bucks..
