Hi all,
First up, my stats.
5ft8
160lbs
10% BF
4 years training
22 years old.
My aim is to increase my muscle mass as much as possible.
My diet will be 3000-3400Kcal split betweek 7 meals.
High protein all the usual.
Cycle outline
Week 1 - 4 30/40mg anabol
Week 1 - 12 500mg test (mon/thurs pin)
Week 14 - 18
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Supps.
Milk thistle
Glucosamine
Flaxseed oil
NAC
ZMA
I'm going to preload glucosamine and milk thistle before I start my first week, I will drop the milk thistle until I finish the last week of orals then bring it back in to fix up my liver. I will take glucosamine continuously along with a decent multivitamin, the flaxseed and NAC throughout the cycle. I will introduce the ZMA with my PCT.
I've heard of incorporating a herbal test booster along with clomid and nolva to help kickstart the nads but a lot of people also say that the nolva will fire that up alone..
Any tips on my cycle and anything I can improve or anywhere I'm going wrong!
